All’interno piscina, campo da calcio, parco giochi e parcheggio. Le case hanno una camera matrimoniale, un bagno, un piccolo terrazzino e una cucina molto piccola ma funzionale, alcune case hanno una doccia all’esterno e veranda. Sul lungo mare si trovano pizzerie, lidi e disco pub. Supermercato a 7 min( in macchina)
Residence near the sea in Campo Felice di Roccella.
Inside the pool, soccer field, playground and parking. The houses have a double bedroom, a bathroom, a small terrace and a very small but functional kitchen, some houses have an outdoor shower and a veranda. Along the sea there are pizzerias, beaches and disco pubs. Supermarket 7 min away (by car)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Villa Teti é un posto magnifico, ben curato e la governante Cettina é una persona squisita, sempre presente e ogni volta che si ha bisogno di qualcosa lei non te lo fa mai mancare.
La casetta dove abbiamo alloggiato era pulitissima e la posizione è ottima in quanto vicinissimo al mare!
La piscina é anchessa molto curata e fornita di sdrai ed ombrelloni, cosa non scontata!!
Senz'altro se capiterá di ritornare a Campofelice sappiamo giá dove alloggiare.
Villa Teti is a magnificent place, well cared for and the housekeeper Cettina is an exquisite person, always present and whenever you need something she never makes you miss it.
The house where we stayed was spotless and the location is great as it is very close to the sea!
The swimming pool is also very well maintained and equipped with deck chairs and umbrellas, which is not to be taken for granted!
Certainly if you happen to return to Campofelice we already know where to stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ si merita 5 stelle per la cura della Signora Cettina, che è sempre presente per rendere il tempo qui una vera vacanza. Vicinissimo al mare,e tranquillamente a piedi si può andare a fare la spesa o al ristorante,passando dal lungomare.La spiaggia di sabbia ha un lido convenzionato,ma ce ne sono tanti sul litorale.il villaggio ha veramente un campo da tennnis,il pingpong, un campo da bocce, e uno spazio per giocare a calcio,tutto rigorosamente lontano dagli appartamenti per non dare fastidio. Noi siamo stati a fine agosto,e la piscina bastava per tutti,con sdraio comprese. Tutto in piano,sotto una bella pineta. Le location sono ampie,attrezzate...anche se un pò vintage. Complessivamente una vacanza perfetta per il rappporto qualità prezzo. Da tornarci
it deserves 5 stars for the care of Mrs. Cettina, who is always present to make the time here a real holiday. Very close to the sea, and easily on foot you can go shopping or to the restaurant, passing by the seafront.The sandy beach has a partner beach, but there are many on the coast.The village really has a tennis court, the pingpong, a bowling green, and a space to play football, all strictly away from the apartments so as not to bother. We were at the end of August, and the pool was enough for everyone, including deck chairs. All flat, under a beautiful pine forest. The locations are large, equipped ... even if a little vintage. Overall a perfect holiday for the quality / price ratio. To go back
