Localizzato in prossimità delle bellissime spiagge di Capo Vaticano raggiungibili facilmente in auto in 5 min. Gestori molto simpatici e disponibili. Abbiamo raddoppiato il tempo di permanenza. Certamente consigliato. Very panoramic and comfortable accommodation with sea view and Stromboli volcano. Outdoor spaces available on balcony and garden. Located near the beautiful beaches of Capo Vaticano easily reachable by car in 5 min. Very nice and helpful managers. We have doubled our stay time. Certainly recommended.

La casa è composta da 4 appartamenti da 4 posti letto (eventualmente 6 stretti con un divano letto nel soggiorno), dista dal paese circa 1 km ed è situata in una zona tranquillissima e panoramica. Il proprietario Leo è una persona squisita e disponibile. I was a guest at Villa Panthea and I must say that it was a wonderful holiday. The house consists of 4 apartments with 4 beds (possibly 6 narrow with a sofa bed in the living room), is about 1 km from the town and is located in a very quiet and panoramic area. The owner Leo is a nice and helpful person.

C'è un silenzio e una quiete introvabile, la casa ha un panorama mozzafiato e gli appartamenti sono belli grandi e puliti. I proprietari sono persone distinte e alla mano, sono rimasto molto contento I stayed in the villa this summer and I must admit it is heaven! There is a silence and stillness unobtainable, the house has a breathtaking view and the apartments are pretty large and clean. The owners are distinct persons, and to the hand, I was very happy
V	Vincenzo Trezza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si salva solo il panorama…..struttura vecchia di 30 anni, letti scomodi, doccia minuscola nascosta dietro una porta, biglietti di raccomandazioni ovunque neanche fosse una caccia al tesoro, tv degli anni 80, tende inutilizzabili, la pulizia lascia a desiderare….se non fosse per i posti incantevoli che ci sono a Capo Vaticano resterebbero da soli….. Only the view is saved… .. 30-year-old structure, uncomfortable beds, tiny shower hidden behind a door, recommendation cards wherever not even a treasure hunt, TV from the 80s, unusable curtains, cleanliness leaves something to be desired…. if it weren't for the enchanting places in Capo Vaticano they would be alone ... ..

Per nulla curata. sono arrivati degli amici per una notte la proprietaria ci ha detto che erano tutte occupate le stanze e di conseguenza dovevano arrangiarsi e ha fatto pagare 50€ pur avendo dormito in una casa per 4 persone( noi eravamo già in 4) più due amici 6. hanno dovuto dormire sul divano, il giorno seguente la propetaria ha ben pensato di farci vedere gli altri appartamenti e guardacaso erano liberi!. Sicuramente non è un arrivederci. Villa Panthea panorama certainly breathtaking but organization 0! Uncomfortable bad house cleaning and old and antique furniture. Not at all taken care of. friends arrived for one night the owner told us that they were all occupied rooms and consequently had to make do and charged 50 € despite having stayed in a house for 4 people (we were already in 4) plus two friends 6. they had to sleep on the couch, the next day the owner thought well of showing us the other apartments and they were free! Definitely not a goodbye.
G	Giuseppe Butterazzi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato ospite la prima settimana di agosto e mi fa piacere far notare la disponibilità dei proprietari a risolvere tutti quei piccoli problemi che possono verificarsi. Sono delle persone veramente squisite ed anche simpaticissime. Il panorama che si gode è mozzafiato e bisogna riconoscere che al calar del sole il tramonto è qualcosa di incantevole. Purtroppo però non tutto è così bello. La casa ha il sapore di vecchio. L’arredamento lascia davvero a desiderare, tutto troppo vecchio. Il bagno è ormai da ristrutturare, Il televisore è quello della preistoria, l’aria Condizionata manca e nella stanza lato panorama fa un po’ caldo considerato le vetrate enormi che prendono sole per l’intera giornata. Il materasso, nonostante la buona volontà della proprietaria a sostituirlo, era veramente pessimo. Che dire, se si vuole sorvolare su le questioni fatte rilevare, si può godere di una vacanza all’insegna del silenzio, della natura e dei tramonti su Stromboli, fumante. I was a guest the first week of August and I am pleased to note the willingness of the owners to solve all those small problems that may occur. They are really exquisite and also very nice people. The panorama that you can enjoy is breathtaking and it must be recognized that at sunset the sunset is something enchanting. Unfortunately, not everything is so beautiful. The house tastes old. The decor really leaves something to be desired, all too old. The bathroom is now in need of renovation, the TV is that of prehistory, the air conditioning is missing and in the room on the panorama side it is a bit warm considering the huge windows that get sun for the whole day. The mattress, despite the goodwill of the owner to replace it, was really bad. What to say, if you want to overlook the issues raised, you can enjoy a holiday of silence, nature and sunsets on Stromboli, steaming.

Nonostante ci fosse stato un fraintendimento sul numero dei posti letto la signora Lina ha fatto in modo di rimediare all'errore in maniera impeccabile. La villa ha una vista mozzafiato sul paese e il mare, immersa nel verde si gode del silenzio e di tramonti romantici. La villa è attrezzata di ogni confort per un prezzo assolutamente conveniente. Accettano gli animali :) The owner of the villa is too nice and helpful. Although there had been a misunderstanding about the number of beds, Ms. Lina made sure to remedy the error flawlessly. The villa has a breathtaking view of the town and the sea, surrounded by greenery you can enjoy the silence and romantic sunsets. The villa is equipped with every comfort for an absolutely affordable price. They accept animals :)

La signora Lina è super disponibile e la stanza oltre ad offrire degli scorci su un tramonto mozzafiato è davvero pulita, silenziona e fornita di ogni sorta di confort. Super consigliata!! The place is beautiful surrounded by greenery, I was there with my girlfriend last summer and we were really ecstatic. Ms. Lina is super helpful and the room as well as offering glimpses of a breathtaking sunset is really clean, silent and equipped with every sort of comfort. Super recommended !!
