M	Mariagiovanna Guglielmo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ premetto che non ho soggiornato presso la struttura ma ho chiesto informazioni prima di prenotare tramite messaggi whatsapp. gentilissimi fino a quando non si è parlato di soldi. nel momento in cui mi è stato chiesto a che prezzo avevo visto la struttura sul loro sito, sono spariti. credo perchè avessero commesso un errore perchè era molto conveniente visto che un appartamento per la prima settimana di agosto, per 5 persone, era messu con uno sconto del 50% a 495,00 € !!!! appena saputo questo non ho piu avuto risposta!!! dopo qualche ora gli ho mandato un ulteriore messaggio dicendo che aspettavo ancora una loro risposta ma hanno visualizzato e ancora una volta mi hanno ignorata. stamattina vado sul sito ufficiale con l' intento di prenotare ugualmente nonostante la mancanza di condialità e professionalità ma mi piaceva la zona quindi avevo deciso di passarci sopra e cosa scopro? che il prezzo,in 24 ore era lievitato a 1045 €!!!! ecco perchè non hanno più risposto: erano impegnati e correggere il sito!!!! I think because they had made a mistake because it was very convenient since an apartment for the first week of August, for 5 people, was offered with a 50% discount at € 495.00 !! as soon as I heard this, I never got an answer !!! after a few hours I sent them a further message saying that I was still waiting for a response from them but they displayed and once again they ignored me. this morning I go to the official website with the intention of booking anyway despite the lack of friendliness and professionalism but I liked the area so I had decided to pass over it and what do I discover? that the price in 24 hours had risen to € 1045 !!!! that's why they no longer answered: they were busy and correct the site !!!!
D	Darwin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Struttura molto accogliente. Siamo stati benissimo. La casa era enorme. Tutta la famiglia e sempre stato disponibile. Ti trovi una seconda famiglia. Dalla mamma a Danilo e Alessandro. Anche Antonio con il giro con la barca era stato stupendo. Hanno pure i posti dove parcheggiare l'auto e la spiaggia a 150 metri. Nulla da aggiungere. Se devo tornare in calabria, mi alloggio di nuovo da loro. Very welcoming structure. We had a great time. The house was huge. The whole family has always been available. You find yourself a second family. From mother to Danilo and Alessandro. Antonio with the boat ride was also wonderful. They also have places to park your car and the beach 150 meters away. Nothing to add. If I have to go back to Calabria, I will stay with them again.
F	Francesca Di Nardo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Struttura pessima, le foto non corrispondono agli alloggi effettivi, probabilmente hanno un paio di appartamenti decenti e tutti gli altri vecchi, malridotti e maleodoranti, pareti e pavimenti sporchi, box doccia striminzito, tubature che fuoriescono, porte rotte. Delle due camere, solo una aveva il condizionatore mentre ci avevano assicurato ce ne fossero due. La piscina è poco più di una vasca, la lavatrice è comune, gli alloggi non sono fronte mare ma solo vista mare, la spiaggetta a circa 300 metri, non facilmente raggiungibile a piedi, è minuscola e non fruibile, contrariamente a quanto da loro riferito. Sono stati molto scorretti sia nelle indicazioni fornite, sia nei prezzi applicati. Avevo prenotato una settimana ma sono scappata dopo due notti (purtroppo il tempo di trovare un'altra struttura per 4 persone, di cui una persona anziana e un bambino) e mi hanno rimborsato parzialmente dopo tutte le mie lamentele, sebbene l'alloggio non valesse nemmeno 1 euro di quanto richiesto. Normative COVID del tutto inapplicate: c'era un solo dispenser nel viale di accesso agli appartamenti, che ho trovato vuoto. Ad altri avventori che come me sono rimasti increduli di fronte allo stato degli appartamenti, i gestori hanno detto di non aver mai ricevuto lamentele prima!!! Scorretti e pure bugiardi. Sconsiglio categoricamente Bad facility, photos do not match actual accommodations, probably have a couple of decent apartments and all the other old, run down and smelly, dirty walls and floors, skimpy shower cubicles, leaking pipes, broken doors. Of the two rooms, only one had air conditioning while we were assured there were two. The swimming pool is little more than a tub, the washing machine is common, the accommodations are not facing the sea but only overlooking the sea, the beach about 300 meters away, not easily reachable on foot, is tiny and not usable, contrary to what they reported. . They were very incorrect both in the information provided and in the prices charged. I had booked a week but ran away after two nights (unfortunately time to find another property for 4 people, including an elderly person and a child) and they partially refunded me after all my complaints, although the accommodation was not worth it. not even 1 euro of what is requested. COVID regulations completely inapplicable: there was only one dispenser in the driveway to the apartments, which I found empty. To other patrons like me who were incredulous at the state of the apartments, the managers said they had never received complaints before !!! Wrong and pure liars. I categorically do not recommend
