Proprietari molto disponibili riservati ed educati. It is a terraced house with a few well-furnished apartments surrounded by nature and silence. Exceptional sea view. Very helpful and polite proprietors.

Beautiful beach, you pay 2 euro entry but it's worth it. Fine sand beach. Equipped. A meta 'beach there is' a piece where you can practice nudism.

Noi 4 ragazzi che dovevamo affrontare quasi 3 ore di viaggio per arrivare in questa struttura, le chiediamo gentilmente di arrivare un po' prima del check out delle 14, per usufruire almeno di un'ora prima della piscina, visto che le stavamo anche per dare 140 euro per una notte. Ci viene dato non solo un NO categorico, ma ci arriva anche un bell'arrivederci. Nella vita si possono avere anche bellissime ville e poi mancate di generosità e cordialità, per noi valete ZERO. Poiché subito dopo ritroviamo finalmente un po' di umiltà in una signora con un'altra villa, che onestamente, se la mette in tasca mia cara signora di villa Maria, che ci viene incontro su tutto. Meno male che siamo tutti diversi e ci distinguiamo, MENO MALE. ARRIVEDERCI. It doesn't even deserve a star, no the villa, but the dear lady who looks after it. The 4 of us guys who had to face almost 3 hours of travel to get to this structure, we kindly ask you to arrive a little before check out at 14, to take advantage of at least an hour before the pool, since we were also about to give you 140 euros for one night. We are not only given a categorical NO, but we also get a nice goodbye. In life you can also have beautiful villas and then lack generosity and friendliness, for us you are worth ZERO. Because immediately after we finally find a bit of humility in a lady with another villa, who honestly puts it in her pocket my dear lady of villa Maria, who comes to meet us on everything. All’interno della struttura i proprietari curano ogni particolare, senza mai essere invadenti. La villa è dotata di tutti i comfort, l’arredamento è nuovo e curato e provvisto di due condizionatori, due televisori nuovi, zanzariere. La cucina è completa di tutto l’occorrente. Gli spazi esterni e la piscina sono puliti e curati. La Signora Sabrina è una persona garbata, disponibile e attenta ad ogni dettaglio. Ci si sente davvero come a casa. Siamo stati benissimo, torneremo sicuramente. It is the second year that I stay with family at Villa Maria. Fantastic location, beach of fine sand and transparent sea. Inside the structure the owners take care of every detail, without ever being intrusive. The villa is equipped with all the comforts, the furniture is new and nice and equipped with two air conditioners, two new televisions, mosquito nets. The kitchen is complete with everything you need. The outdoor spaces and the pool are clean and cared for. Mrs. Sabrina is a polite person, available and attentive to every detail. It really feels like home. We had a great time, will definitely be back.

Ha una grande terrazza dove poter pranzare e fare colazione al mattino con una vista sulla baia sottostante è FANTASTICO!! Immersi nella natura e poco distanti dal mare(350 mt)o meglio 300gradini e 200mt con un grande dislivello.Molto apprezzata e sfruttata per questo al ritorno dal mare la piscina (condivisa con gli altri 4 appartamenti)ma con un area esclusiva sulla terrazza. Strada di accesso privata che porta al mare sia a piedi che con l'auto così come il parcheggio riservato al coperto. Locali ben climatizzati con zanzariere. Gentili e disponibili i proprietari che abitano nel solito contesto. Essendo in 5 abbiamo sofferto la mancanza della lavastoviglie,per questo non ci sentiamo di passare a pieni voti la struttura. Gradita in ultimo le convenzioni e scontistica con i Lidi Balneari di zona. Rapporto prezzo servizio offerto decisamente in linea. Lo consigliamo I stayed with my family in a very spacious and comfortable apartment. It has a large terrace where you can have lunch and breakfast in the morning with a view of the bay below is FANTASTIC !! Immersed in nature and not far from the sea (350 meters) or rather 300 steps and 200 meters with a large difference in height. The swimming pool (shared with the other 4 apartments) is very appreciated and exploited for this reason when returning from the sea but with an exclusive area on the terrace. Private access road that leads to the sea both on foot and by car as well as the reserved covered parking. Well-conditioned rooms with mosquito nets. The owners who live in the usual context are kind and helpful. Being 5 of us, we suffered from the lack of a dishwasher, so we don't feel like passing the structure with flying colors. Lastly, the agreements and discounts with the local beaches are welcome. Price ratio service offered definitely in line. We recommend it

I proprietari sono delle persone squisite, simpatiche e a modo. Ci hanno indicato zone da visitare e dritte di come passare al meglio la vacanza. Confort, pace, relax nn solo x noi ma anche per il nostro cane che avrebbe potuto godere del grande giardino a sua disposizione se nn fosse per le sue abitudini da comodone sul divano. Strada un po' impervia per arrivarci,questo l'unico difetto riscontrato Vacation just ended and I already feel nostalgia for everything. Impeccable house, nn lacks nothing. The owners are exquisite, nice and kind people. They showed us areas to visit and tips on how to best spend the holiday. Comfort, peace, relaxation not only for us but also for our dog who could have enjoyed the large garden at his disposal if it were not for his comfortable habits on the sofa. A little rough road to get there, this is the only defect found
