La posizione è perfetta in quanto la struttura sorge in una posizione vista mare con albe e tramonti veramente incantevoli. Anna ed Enzo sono due straordinari padroni di casa disponibili e premurosi, pertanto l’accoglienza è formidabile. Ottima la colazione preparata con cura e amore dalla sig.ra Anna realizzata con prodotti di ottima qualità, così come le camere da letto che sono estremamente confortevoli e silenziosissime. Ideale per passare qualche giorno di relax lontanto dal caos dei grandi centri abitati. Esperienza da ripetere al più presto, vivamente consigliato! Luca I spent a wonderful weekend with my fiancée in this enchanting villa, perfectly cared for in every detail. The location is perfect as the property stands in a sea view position with truly enchanting sunrises and sunsets. Anna and Enzo are two extraordinary hosts, helpful and caring, so the welcome is formidable. Excellent breakfast prepared with care and love by Ms Anna made with high quality products, as well as the bedrooms which are extremely comfortable and very quiet. Ideal for spending a few relaxing days away from the chaos of large towns. Experience to be repeated as soon as possible, highly recommended! Luca

Le camere sono deliziose, la posizione strepitosa e le colazioni sono frutto di ricerca, dedizione e passione. Niente é lasciato al caso. The beauty of this B&B is above all in its history: the owners have been very good in giving new life to the building. The rooms are delightful, the location is amazing and the breakfasts are the result of research, dedication and passion. Nothing is left to chance.

Struttura degli inizii del secolo scorso, elegantemente ristrutturata e dotata di tutti i comfort, che i proprietari Anna e Enzo con la loro gentilezza e simpatia conducono egregiamente. La stanza con vista mare era nuova, molto bella, pulita e perfettamente funzionale. La signora Anna è gentilissima. La colazione ricca, genuina e buonissima. Ci torneremo sicuramente, anche per sfruttare la discesa a mare privata. Lovely place !!! The view of the gulf from the terrace of the structure is beautiful. The sea view room was new, very nice, clean and perfectly functional. Mrs Anna is very kind. The rich, genuine and delicious breakfast. We will definitely be back, also to take advantage of the private access to the sea.

La posizione della villa è eccezionale e permette di godere di tranquillità a qualsiasi ora del giorno e della notte. Anna ed Enzo sono due fantastici padroni di casa che fanno dell'accoglienza e della solarità uno dei loro punti di forza, svolgono il proprio lavoro con amore e passione e questo traspare in ogni minimo dettaglio all'interno della Guest House. Le stanze sono dotate di ogni comfort (materasso estremamente comodo, smart tv, bagno spazioso, Wi-Fi in ogni stanza) e godono di una pulizia unica. La colazione ha un'ampia scelta di prodotti tutti di prima qualità. Infine la possibilità di godere dello scoglio che ha accesso direttamente nell'acqua cristallina di Gaeta, anch'esso curato in ogni suo aspetto che permette di passare una giornata di mare diversa e senz'altro rilassante. The location of the villa is exceptional and allows you to enjoy tranquility at any time of day or night. Anna and Enzo are two fantastic hosts who make hospitality and sunshine one of their strengths, they carry out their work with love and passion and this shines through in every detail inside the Guest House. The rooms are equipped with every comfort (extremely comfortable mattress, smart TV, spacious bathroom, Wi-Fi in every room) and enjoy a unique cleanliness. The breakfast has a wide choice of top quality products. Finally, the opportunity to enjoy the rock that has direct access to the crystalline water of Gaeta, also cared for in every aspect that allows you to spend a different and certainly relaxing day at the beach. Experience to repeat!

I proprietari Anna ed Enzo sono persone squisite, sempre sorridenti, gentili e disponibili. La colazione vista mare è abbondante e curata nei minimi dettagli, particolare la scelta di offrire vari tipi di creme artigianali per farcire i cornetti e gentilissima la ragazza che ci ha serviti, anche lei molto disponibile. Torneremo sicuramente per godere del bellissimo scoglio privato che offre un'atmosfera particolare e suggestiva. STRA-CONSIGLIATO! What can I say ... a truly enchanting place with a wonderful view. The tastefully furnished room, quiet and equipped with every comfort is very welcoming. The owners Anna and Enzo are exquisite people, always smiling, kind and helpful. The sea view breakfast is plentiful and cared for down to the smallest detail, particularly the choice of offering various types of artisan creams to fill the croissants and the very kind girl who served us, also very helpful. We will definitely come back to enjoy the beautiful private rock that offers a particular and suggestive atmosphere. EXTRA-RECOMMENDED!

The care put by the owners in every detail of this B&B leaves you breathless. The rooms are fabulous and equipped with everything you may need for your stay. The breakfast offered is simply amazing, full of delicious homemade cakes and biscuits. The common area is nice and well organised where you can chill out with your friends or family. Moreover, the position is everything you may look for. Just in front of the sea with private access to a terrace on the sea cliff where you can sunbath, rest and have your meal in a spectacular surrounding with an amazing sunset. In addition, you can enter the sea using comfortable stairs. Last but not the least, Chiara and her mother are just lovely and always ready to make your stay unforgettable. The perfect place in Gaeta.
