★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La struttura è situata vicinissima al porto, il che sarebbe una nota positiva: il vero problema è il parcheggio, perché la zona è tutta circondata da divieti di sosta.
La location è bella, grande e ha una veranda davvero funzionale ma la pulizie non sono state fatte con accuratezza ( bottiglia di fanta dietro il comodino....).
Il posto lo consiglio; però consiglio al proprietario ( persona molto) gentile di risolvere il problema del parcheggio, magari discutendo con l’amministrazione locale e di attenzionare meglio le pulizie.
The property is located very close to the port, which would be a positive note: the real problem is the parking, because the area is all surrounded by no parking.
The location is beautiful, large and has a really functional veranda but the cleaning was not done with care (bottle of fanta behind the bedside table ....).
I recommend the place; However, I advise the owner (very) kind person to solve the parking problem, perhaps by discussing with the local administration and to pay more attention to cleaning.

House located halfway between the splendid Sicilian sea and the wonderful Valley of the Temples. Beautiful villa with attention to detail. Friendly and always available owners. Perfect place to relax during the summer.

Posizione top, stuttura, ambiente,e servizi eccellenti.
Non manca niente, ha una magnifica cucina esterna .Per poter cucinare il pesce fresco che arriva dalle barchette , al porto.
Proprietario disponibilissimo.
Assolutamente da provare!!! CONSIGLIATISSIMA

Top location, structure, environment, and excellent services.
Nothing is missing, it has a magnificent outdoor kitchen. To be able to cook fresh fish that arrives from the boats, at the port.
Owner very helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La Villa è molto bella, curata nei minimi dettagli, pulita e situata in una posizione ottimale per poter visitare comodamente Agrigento, la Valle dei templi, la Scala dei turchi e Porto Empedocle.
Ma la cosa più bella è il signor Calogero che con la sua simpatia e con la sua disponibilità ti fa sentire a casa!

The Villa is very beautiful, with attention to the smallest details, clean and located in an optimal position to comfortably visit Agrigento, the Valley of the Temples, the Scala dei Turchi and Porto Empedocle.
But the most beautiful thing is Mr. Calogero who with his sympathy and his availability makes you feel at home!

La cura nei dettagli di questa villa, la comodità delle stanze ma soprattutto la deliziosa ospitalità del signor Calogero riescono a farti sentire a casa: grazie a lui, Agrigento vi sembrerà la casa vacanze che avete sempre sognato di avere!!! La consiglio a chiunque voglia vivere la Sicilia con sentimento, gioia e spirito d'avventura!
This villa is ideal for enjoying Sicily in all its splendor: the nearby seafront, beaches close at hand and the history of the Valley of the Temples reachable in a short 5 minutes by car. The attention to detail of this villa, the comfort of the rooms but above all the delightful hospitality of Mr. Calogero manage to make you feel at home: thanks to him, Agrigento will seem like the holiday home you have always dreamed of having !!! I recommend it to anyone who wants to experience Sicily with feeling, joy and a spirit of adventure!
