★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimi appartamenti vacanza serviti di tutto con aria condizionata TV lavatrice parcheggio c'è anche una vasca idromassaggio in terrazza la struttura è a un passo dal mare. I proprietari Salvatore e il papà Gianni sono gentilissimi e disponibili in tutto quello che può servire per passare delle ottime vacanze al mare.
 Excellent holiday apartments fully equipped with air conditioning TV washing machine parking there is also a Jacuzzi on the terrace the structure is a step away from the sea. The owners Salvatore and his father Gianni are very kind and available in everything that can be used to spend a great holiday by the sea.

Seafront apartments, comfortable and nice, ideal for families. Spectacular sea view from the rooms. Very helpful and kind managers, we will definitely be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Struttura fatiscente, non corrisponde assolutamente a quanto descritto,non c'è condizionatore, i serramenti esterni non chiudono quindi devi stare con tutto aperto per il caldo anche di notte. Sporco, doccia rotta ecc.ecc. siamo andati via in anticipo il giorno successivo . Da evitare.
Dilapidated structure, it absolutely does not correspond to what was described, there is no air conditioner, the external windows do not close so you have to stay with everything open for the heat even at night. Dirty, broken shower etc etc. we checked out early the next day. To be avoided.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo su tutto, purtroppo non l'ho scelta io, una notte mi è stata regalata per un matrimonio, l'altra l'ho pagata di tasca mia, 75 € a stanza, una senza l'aria condizionata e senza le lenzuola per il letto a castello, Doccia rotta, senza bidet, sporca e poco funzionale, normativa anticovid non ne parliamo proprio.... PESSIMA !!!!!! SCAPPATE
Bad on everything, unfortunately I didn't choose it, one night was given to me for a wedding, the other I paid for it out of my own pocket, 75 € per room, one without air conditioning and without bed sheets. bunk bed, broken shower, no bidet, dirty and not very functional, anticovid legislation we don't really talk about it .... BAD !!!!!! ESCAPE

Ho prenotato un appartamento bilocale e invece mi sono state assegnate 2 stanze all'interno di un grande appartamento separate dal resto da una porta che rendeva lo spazio privato. Rifiniture logore ed economiche a tal punto che tutto ti restava in mano. Le prese facevano le scintille. Le stanze nn arrivano nemmeno a 2,5metri di profondità, piccolissime, niente aria condizionata in camera da letto,il Wi-Fi nn arriva in stanza. Nessuna misura anti covid, nessuna pulizia negli ambienti comuni.nessuna ricevuta di pagamento, nessun check-in,il proprietario non si è fatto trovare né all'arrivo né alla partenza. Le foto e la descrizione degli ambienti,ma soprattutto dei servizi offerti sono ingannevoli e nn rispondono al vero.unica nota positiva è il mare, lo puoi toccare con le mani, x tutto il resto è una truffa!
Economic structure in all !!! I booked a two-room apartment and instead I was assigned 2 rooms in a large apartment separated from the rest by a door that made the space private. Worn and cheap finishes to the point that everything remained in your hand. The sockets sparked. The rooms do not even reach 2.5 meters deep, very small, no air conditioning in the bedroom, Wi-Fi does not arrive in the room. No anti-covid measures, no cleaning in the common areas, no payment receipt, no check-in, the owner was not found on arrival or departure. The photos and the description of the rooms, but above all of the services offered are misleading and do not respond to the truth. The only positive note is the sea, you can touch it with your hands, x everything else is a scam!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ IT IS A SCAM, the first time in my life I left an apartment that I payed for because it was better to lose the money than stay one more night.
- Dirty and sticky furnitures and accessories
- It was all stinky from smoke, even though we asked for non smoking room
- There was no warm water
- Windows were broken and impossible to close
- Doors were continuously hitting the frame as it was impossible to close them
- There are no real walls between the apartments but simple drywalls so you can hear the whole building in your room
- There is no terrace but a dirty common place and the "playground for kids" was beside the trashcans and leaned to the wall so that kids could not use them.
- It is not the apartman from the pictures
- The owner promised refund but he did not do
Avoid it!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Run. It's a scam. There's a renovated apartment which the owner uses for the photos, but he owns several other run down apartments in the building which he didn't mentioned before.
I have booked a nice, spacious apartment with balcony and got a tiny one without balcony which smelled from old tobacco.
All the curtains were sticky and the walls were greasy. The door was broken.
He changed us to an other apartment which was at least less smelly so we agreed to spend the night. But it was like a very loud dorm room. Neighbors were shouting the whole night till 5am, so we had to leave as soon as we could.
The owner agreed to pay back at least some of the remaining days as he was obviously lying in the ad, but then he just disappeared.
Avoid the place, there are clean and nice ones for the same price where you can actually sleep and relax. I wish I have read the Google maps reviews before.
