M	Marion N. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine schöne Anlage mit sechs Apartments, jeweils mit ausreichend Platz für zwei Personen, einer großen Terrasse und einem hübschen (leider ungeheizten) Pool. Die Inneneinrichtung ist wie auf den Bildern. Alles neu, schöne, zweckmäßige Küche mit großem Kühlschrank und allem, was man braucht. Bequemes Sofa, super tolles Bad. Betten ok, etwas zu harte Matratze, zumindest keine italienischen Quietschbetten. Ausreichend Platz in den Schränken. Nun der Grund für nur zwei Sterne: Wir hatten die ganze Anlage für uns allein. Wenn alle Apartments vermietet sind, dürfte es ziemlich eng werden. Die Terrasse teilt man sich dann mit 3 Parteien, den kleinen Pool mit sechs. Beim Induktionsherd sind nur 2 Kochstellen gleichzeitig warm geworden. Schaltete man eine dritte zu, reduzierten die anderen ihre Temperatur. Ausschlaggebend für die negative Bewertung ist jedoch, dass sich die Anlage in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Autobahn befindet, was uns nicht klar war, zumal es in keiner Bewertung erwähnt wurde. Die Terrasse mit Blick auf die Autobahn und entsprechender Geräuschkulisse, Tag und Nacht. Wir haben uns daher nie auf der Terrasse aufgehalten, sind tagsüber weg gefahren und waren morgens und abends im Apartment. Im Oktober war das für uns ok, in den Sommermonaten hätten wir uns sicher etwas anderes gesucht. A beautiful complex with six apartments, each with enough space for two people, a large terrace and a nice (unfortunately unheated) pool. The interior is like the pictures. Everything new, nice, functional kitchen with a large fridge and everything you need. Comfortable sofa, super great bathroom. Beds ok, a bit too hard mattress, at least no Italian squeaky beds. Sufficient space in the cupboards. Now the reason for only two stars: We had the whole facility to ourselves. When all the apartments are rented out, it should be pretty tight. The terrace is then shared with 3 parties, the small pool with six. With the induction cooker, only 2 hotplates have become warm at the same time. If you switched on a third one, the others reduced their temperature. The decisive factor for the negative rating, however, is that the facility is located in the immediate vicinity of the motorway, which was not clear to us, especially since it was not mentioned in any rating. The terrace with a view of the motorway and the corresponding background noise, day and night. We therefore never stayed on the terrace, drove away during the day and stayed in the apartment in the mornings and evenings. In October that was ok for us, in the summer months we would certainly have looked for something else.
