L	Luca Malavenda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo soggiornato io e 4 amici in questo appartamento molto gradevole I proprietari (molto cordiali) ci hanno fatto trovare la casa pulitissima La casa è predisposta per qualsiasi evenienza Il mare si raggiunge a 5 minuti a piedi attraversando un sottopassaggio E le spiaggie di Lazzaro sono davvero bellissime Reggio Calabria si raggiunge in 20 minuti in macchina quindi è molto comodo Vi consiglio vivamente di soggiornare da loro 4 friends and I stayed in this very nice apartment The owners (very friendly) made us find the house spotless The house is prepared for any eventuality The sea can be reached in 5 minutes on foot through an underpass And the beaches of Lazzaro are truly beautiful Reggio Calabria can be reached in 20 minutes by car so it is very convenient I highly recommend you stay with them

Ci tornerò sicuramente Really nice and very welcoming place, the apartment is very well furnished and is divided on 2 floors with a nice balcony equipped with sofas, very close to the sea and 20min from the center, friendly and very hospitable owners always present and available. I will definitely be back

I proprietari sono persone davvero gentili e disponibi per ogni evenienza. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, ritorneremo sicuramente. Wonderful place, peace of mind. View of the strait from the window of the house and regenerating silence. The owners are really nice people and available for any eventuality. We had a great time, will definitely be back.

L'appartamento è disposto su due piani comodi è dotato di tutto, dalla biancheria sia per i letti che per il bagno, la cucina è attrezzata con ogni utensile, stoviglie e pentole. Aria condizionata sia al piano terra che al superiore. La località è tranquilla non c'è traffico e si è subito vicino al mare e al lungomare con una passeggiata di due minuti. Noi abbiamo usufruito del noleggio delle bici elettriche fornito sempre dal proprietario. Appartamento consigliatissimo sia per famiglie che per gruppo di ragazzi perché il territorio offre locali vicini e convenzioni con la casa. Di sicuro ci torneremo.. Air conditioning both on the ground floor and on the upper floor. The location is quiet, there is no traffic and you are immediately close to the sea and the promenade with a two-minute walk. We have taken advantage of the electric bike rental always provided by the owner. Highly recommended apartment for both families and groups of children because the area offers nearby rooms and agreements with the house. For sure we will be back ..

Bella l'idea delle bici a noleggio per spostarsi in paese(servizio esclusivo) vacanza all'insegna del relax e del comfort. Il b&b è moderno e pulito. Meravigliosa la signora che ci ha fatto trovare l'aperitivo di benvenuto appena arrivate... Che dire ??!!! Beautiful place. Although short, our stay was very pleasant. Friendly owner and always available even late at night. Nice idea of the rental bikes to move around the village (exclusive service), a holiday of relaxation and comfort. The b & b is modern and clean. Wonderful the lady who made us find the welcome drink as soon as you arrive ... What can I say ?? !!!

I proprietari sono stati gentili e disponibili. La casa è fornita di tutto e soprattutto ci è stata consegnata pulitissima. Il mare si può raggiungere attraverso un sottopassaggio che si trova a qualche minuto di camminata. Lo consiglio I stayed in this apartment for a week with my family two adults and two children and we enjoyed it. there is everything you need to feel at home, an apartment equipped with all comforts.
