Nulla da eccepire sulle misure anti covid e sul personale molto gentile e disponibile, attese inesistenti perché, dopo solo una mezz'oretta, avevo già concluso tutte le visite. Miglior ospedale provato fin'ora e non sono riuscito a trovare un difetto da nessuna parte. Ottimo trattamento e soggiorno, chirurghi da 100 e lode, personale stra qualificato e pulizia impeccabile di ogni più piccolo centimetro. La dottoressa che se ne occupava rispondeva al telefono sempre sgarbatamente, con sufficienza ed era infastidita da qualunque domanda le si ponesse. Un esempio: ho chiesto come era fisicamente mio padre, se qualcuno gli avesse fatto la barba...e lei infastidita mi rispose "Certo, però noi non seguiamo queste cose", al momento del rilascio la barba aveva oltre un mese, piaghe nella schiena da sporcizia (mai lavato) unghie lunghe e sporche, e mi ha raccontato che nel letto di fronte al suo sono morti 2 anziani che il giorno prima erano usciti tranquilli dalla stanza e girovagato per ore nei corridoi senza che nessuno se ne accorgesse...ore per cercarli. Nessuno li lavava, seguiva, accudiva. Abbandonati a se'stessi fino alla morte ... se queste sono le cure, meglio il Covid. Addirittura mio padre dopo ore che era già in casa, sentendo fastidio al braccio ha chiesto di vedere cosa avesse. C'era ancora l'ago infilato per la flebo, fissato col nastro. Nessuno si era preoccupato di toglierlo, poteva provocare una emorragia... avevano proprio fretta di ridarcelo a casa, neanche fosse stato un lebbroso. Da denuncia, anzi provvederò a farlo appena saprò come e chi avvertire. Vergogna. Ci si arriva in una ventina di minuti in auto, ma c'è anche un autobus che ha una fermata davanti alla clinica. Il personale medico è facilmente contattabile al telefono e cordiale. L'ambiente pulito e accogliente. È disponibile un parcheggio gratuito interno anche se non molto grande. I prezzi sono piuttosto alti. A family member of mine had a long stay in this facility and I was satisfied. The staff all very polite and helpful. The medical staff are easy to contact on the phone and friendly. The clean and welcoming environment. Free internal parking is available, although not very large. The prices are quite high.

Ringrazio anche il Dottor Postorino che mi ha operato. Dolori a parte? Sono stata ricoverata la settimana scorsa per un intervento di artrodesi cervicale, e fin dalla preospedalizzazione sono rimasta colpita dalla gentilezza e la disponibilità degli operatori e dei medici, oltre all'ottima organizzazione e alla pulizia. Voglio ringraziare in particolare il dottor Burrafato, l' ortopedico che mi ha operato, perché oltre ad essere un bravo medico, è anche una persona disponibile e molto gentile. Excellent facility !!!
