★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto l'esperienza di essere ricoverato nella struttura. Dato che dovevo subire un intervento al ginocchio sinistro, sono stato per sette giorni nel reparto Ortopedia al terzo piano.
Devo dire di essermi trovato molto b
ene. Servizio ottimo, spazi adeguati e sufficienti, personale molto gentile e puntuale.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una struttura d'eccellenza per tutto quello che offre come servizi e soprattutto per l'empatia che il personale ha, anche se da loro sei un viso nuovo. La nostra esperienza con un ragazzino di 13 anni ricoverato presso di loro, è il motivo della valutazione pentastellata.
La gentilezza è davvero gradita e puoi assaporarla sin dall'ingresso dove Alessandro fa davvero un grande lavoro, grazie.

A structure of excellence for everything it offers as services and above all for the empathy that the staff has, even if you are a new face to them. Our experience with a 13-year-old boy hospitalized with them is the reason for the five-star evaluation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato operato di protesi al ginocchio e ricoverato al 3 piano. Mi sono sentito come a casa, anzi come in hotel. Personale magnifico, tutti gentilissimi, dal personale per le pulizie agli infermieri, gli oss, il caposala e la dottoressa di reparto. Una gestione perfetta e una cura del paziente impeccabile. I ragazzi del reparto hanno reso tutto questo un'esperienza molto bella, complimenti!
I was operated on for a knee replacement and was admitted to the 3rd floor. I felt like at home, indeed like in a hotel. Magnificent staff, all very kind, from the cleaning staff to the nurses, the oss, the head nurse and the ward doctor. Perfect management and impeccable patient care. The guys in the department made this a very nice experience, congratulations!

Struttura al Top nel panorama dell'accoglienza Ospedaliera a Bologna.
Alta Professionalita', profonda Umanita' per il Malato, gran precisione nell'affrontare le patologie note ma anche approfondimento di quelle insorte .
Un sentito ringraziamento per la Dottoressa Andreani che unisce Una eccellente preparazione, alla approfondita indagine sugli aspetti delle condizioni generali del malato.
Esempio non comune di quella qualita',che distingue chi si dedica alla professione medica riservando il resto agli affetti familiari .
Un grandissimo Grazie allo Staff infermieristico, giovani dedicati con passione ai loro impegnativi compiti, preparati professionalmente, ma anche responsabili e pronti alle necessita' del malato.
Tra i tanti ricordo Pasquale, un pilastro portante dell'equipe, Viola sempre presente, Francesco,Sara, Gabri, e tutti compreso il personale addetto alle necessarie pulizie ed igiene, ai letti ai pasti.
Un particolare Grazie al Direttore dott . Walter Domenicali, impeccabile nella Sua Eleganza, sempre presente tra i reparti con parole di ottimismo ma anche con l'omaggio di un piacevole caffettino!

A heartfelt thanks to Dr. Andreani who combines excellent preparation with an in-depth investigation into the aspects of the general condition of the patient.
Uncommon example of that quality, which distinguishes those who dedicate themselves to the medical profession, reserving the rest for family affections.
A big thank you to the Nursing Staff, young people passionately dedicated to their demanding tasks, professionally trained, but also responsible and ready to meet the needs of the patient.
Among the many I remember Pasquale, a supporting pillar of the team, Viola always present, Francesco, Sara, Gabri, and all including the staff in charge of the necessary cleaning and hygiene, at the beds at meals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il 18 marzo 2022 mi sono sottoposta, presso la vostra struttura, ad un intervento alla schiena eseguito dal dottor Menotti. Per quanto riguarda il 2 piano di ortopedia, note positive: infermieri e fisioterapisti gentili, educati, disponibili e soprattutto ti trattano come una persona. Direttore molto simpatico che ogni mattina passa per la stanza offrendoti un caffè.
Note negative: il vitto immangiabile e in particolare una del personale OSS che, poco prima di essere portata in sala operatoria, mi spiegava che il giorno prima, nel mio letto, c’era una ragazza giovane come me e che l’intervento era andato bene. Tirato un sospiro di sollievo, lei mi risponde, anche con tono scherzoso, “mica ho detto che tutte superano gli interventi”. Non mi sembrano battute da fare prima di un intervento.
Comunque, ringrazio vivamente il personale della sala operatoria e i migliori complimenti al dottor Menotti che mi ha rimesso veramente al mondo.
On March 18, 2022, I underwent a back surgery performed by Dr. Menotti at your facility. As for the 2nd plan of orthopedics, positive notes: nurses and physiotherapists who are kind, polite, helpful and above all they treat you like a person. Very nice manager who goes around the room every morning offering you a coffee.
Negative notes: the inedible food and in particular one of the OSS staff who, shortly before being taken to the operating room, explained to me that the day before, in my bed, there was a young girl like me and that the surgery had gone Well. After a sigh of relief, she replies, even in a joking tone, "I didn't say that all of them pass the interventions". They don't seem like jokes to me before an intervention.
Anyway, I warmly thank the operating room staff and best compliments to Dr. Menotti who truly put me back in the world.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale alquanto sgradevole e cafone . Tempi di attesa biblici . Professionalità zero ! 5 ore per fare 3 visite mi sembra assurdo oltretutto il cardiologo mi stava facendo sdraiare sul lettino con ancora la carta del paziente prima di me... mi ha detto ah si certo se la vuole cambiare lei intanto che è lì... e nonostante gli stipendi vengano profumatamente pagati dai cittadini fanno anche i cafoni . Lavorando avevo bisogno di capire le tempistiche di attesa dato che dovevo rientrare al lavoro l infermiera di turno si è irritata lei sbuffando pure.. solo perché volevo capire quante tempo ancora avrei dovuto aspettare. Se non era perché il professore che mi segue si appoggia a Villa lajra sicuramente non mi sarei mai rivolta a questa struttura ! Mai più.. prima e ultima volta un medico dice una cosa e l infermiera ne dice un altra nn si capisce niente !!
Staff somewhat unpleasant and ignorant. Biblical Waiting Times. Zero professionalism! 5 hours to make 3 visits seems absurd to me plus the cardiologist was making me lie down on the bed with the patient's card still in front of me ... he said to me ah yes of course if she wants to change it while she is there ... and despite salaries are paid handsomely by citizens are also peasants. Working I needed to understand the waiting times since I had to go back to work the nurse on duty was irritated by snorting as well .. just because I wanted to understand how long I would have to wait. If it wasn't because the professor who follows me relies on Villa lajra, I certainly would never have turned to this structure! Never again .. first and last time a doctor says one thing and the nurse says another nn you understand nothing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sono stata operata il 25 febbraio 2022 da equipe Rizzoli, per protesi anca, presso la casa di cura accreditata VILLA LAURA e devo dire che mi sono trovata bene , molto. Sia assistenza del reparto che riabilitazione. Unica pecca il mangiare che essendo in quel periodo chiusura per covid, il mangiare arrivava freddo e non di buon sapore. Ma al fine ero li per un buon intervento non per ik mangiare.
Gli esami pre operatori sono stati tanti e approfonditi. Felice della scelta fatta e del buon risultato, ad oggi, ottenuto
I was operated on February 25, 2022 by the Rizzoli team, for hip prostheses, at the accredited nursing home VILLA LAURA and I must say that I found myself very well. Both ward assistance and rehabilitation. The only flaw is the eating that being closed for covid at that time, the food arrived cold and not of good taste. But in the end I was there for a good speech, not for eating.
The pre-operative examinations were many and thorough. Happy with the choice made and the good result obtained to date

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mia mamma è stata ricoverata un po' di tempo in questa struttura , in periodo covid, mandata dall'ospedale Malpighi per un periodo di riabilitazione. Quando è uscita è stata per un bel po' turbata e impaurita di dover tornare in quel posto. Sì è trovata male, con personale maleducato e poco professionale, un'esperienza veramente negativa.
Purtroppo noi l'abbiamo potuta vedere poco in quel periodo ma le poche volte che sono andata l'impressione era quella, ambiente veramente poco umano.
A me non piace scrivere certe cose ed evito sempre ma questa volta, visto che si parla di posti dove la gentilezza , la comprensione e le buona cura dei pazienti deve essere al primo posto, trovo giusto dichiararlo.
My mother was hospitalized for some time in this structure, during the covid period, sent from the Malpighi hospital for a period of rehabilitation. When she left, she was upset and afraid of having to go back to that place for quite a while. Yes it is found bad, with rude and unprofessional staff, a really bad experience.
Unfortunately we didn't see it very much in that period but the few times I went the impression was that, a truly unhuman environment.
I don't like to write certain things and I always avoid but this time, since we are talking about places where kindness, understanding and good care of patients must come first, I find it right to state it.
