★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima l'ubicazione in quanto molto vicino al mare per cui non occorre prendere l'auto per recarsi, ottima anche la vicinanza al supermercato e a varia pizzerie locali, ma lasciamo a desiderare i locali sottostanti in quanto provvisti di chiusura a serrande, quindi non passa aria per cui essendo sprovvisto di aria condizionata diventa invivibile sia di giorno in quanto batte il sole su qualsiasi lato, sia di notte in quanto bisogna chiudere per sicurezza per forza.
 Excellent location as it is very close to the sea so there is no need to take the car to go, also excellent proximity to the supermarket and various local pizzerias, but we leave the rooms below to be desired as they are equipped with shutters, so it does not pass air for which, being devoid of air conditioning, it becomes unlivable both during the day as the sun beats on any side, and at night as it must be closed for safety by force.
