★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho trascorso in questo Recidence le due settimane centrali di luglio e lo consiglio vivamente per la tranquillità e la cura ad ogni dettaglio, ma soprattutto mai trovato un posto così pulito! C'è un panorama da paura con tramonti spettacolari! Tutte le villette sono molto belle... C'è l'imbarazzo della scelta... I proprietari sono persone disponibili, cordiali e molto gentili... L'appartamento è vicino al mare raggiungibile a piedi da una strada che giunge direttamente sul mare sia spiaggia libera sia Lido Miramare di Antonio... Ragazzo disponibile, puntuale e preciso. Infatti la struttura ha rispettato appieno le disposizioni anticovid. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.
Sicuramente è un posto che consiglio sia a chi vuole trascorrere una vacanza tranquilla sia ai più mondani, perché è a 5 minuti di macchina da Diamante e Belvedere...Che dire... Spero di ritornarci il prossimo anno
 I spent the two central weeks of July in this Recidence and I highly recommend it for the tranquility and attention to every detail, but above all I have never found a place so clean! There is a scary landscape with spectacular sunsets! All the villas are very beautiful ... There is plenty of choice ... The owners are helpful, friendly and very kind people ... The apartment is near the sea, reachable on foot from a road that leads directly sea both free beach and Lido Miramare di Antonio ... Boy available, punctual and precise. In fact, the structure has fully complied with the anticovid provisions. Excellent value for money.
Surely it is a place that I recommend both to those who want to spend a quiet holiday and to the more worldly, because it is a 5-minute drive from Diamante and Belvedere ... What about ... I hope to return next year

We spent a nice week of vacation in villa D8. Simple but clean, functional and fresh house. Spectacular view from the terrace. Cico and his wife kind and helpful. Highly recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo stati la prima settimana di agosto nella villetta D3, molto fresca e pulita. Posto molto bello e tranquillo per una vacanza all’insegna del relax, panorama a dir poco incantevole. Per non parlare di Cico, una persona molto disponibile, professionale e gentile, così come la sua signora. Ci torneremo sicuramente.
We stayed the first week of August in the villa D3, very fresh and clean. Very nice and quiet place for a relaxing holiday, with an enchanting view to say the least. Not to mention Cico, a very helpful, professional and kind person, as well as his lady. We will definitely be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana nella villetta D8, l’interno è un po’ da risistemare (“divano letto” in primis) peccato per l’assenza di un condizionatore/ventilatore e soprattutto del FORNO…. anche la pulizia lascia un po’ desiderare.. Per il resto nulla da dire, panorama fantastico e proprietari gentili, a parte l’episodio spiacevole del drone del proprietario che è sorvolato sulla nostra villetta per più di 5 minuti.
P.S. Per l’episodio del drone non darei neanche una stella.
LE 5 STELLE le do ad ANTONIO del LIDO MIRAMARE una persona super disponibile, umile e gentile. Lido attrezzato benissimo e soprattutto SUPER PULITO.
We stayed for a week in villa D8, the interior needs to be rearranged ("sofa bed" in the first place), a shame about the absence of an air conditioner / fan and above all the OVEN .... even the cleanliness leaves something to be desired .. For the rest, nothing to say, fantastic views and kind owners, apart from the unpleasant episode of the owner's drone that flew over our house for more than 5 minutes.
P.S. For the drone episode I wouldn't give even a star.
THE 5 STARS I give to ANTONIO of LIDO MIRAMARE a super helpful, humble and kind person. Lido equipped very well and above all SUPER CLEAN.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo arrivati al Cico's in data 29 agosto, abbiamo affittato la d3 e la d4, che dire, 5 stelle perché non posso metterne di più... Molto pulito, munito di ogni confort, letti confortevoli... una vista dal terrazzo "pazzesca"... La gentilezza, la cortesia e la disponibilità di Cico e di sua moglie sono encomiabili... Due persone eccezionali che sanno gestire al meglio i clienti e le loro esigenze. Super consigliato!
PS 5 stelle anche ad Antonio e alla sua famiglia che gestiscono il lido... Cortesi, onesti, gentilissimi, persone meravigliose...
We arrived at Cico's on 29 August, we rented the d3 and the d4, that is, 5 stars because I can't put more ... Very clean, equipped with every comfort, comfortable beds ... a view from the "crazy" terrace "... The kindness, courtesy and availability of Cico and his wife are commendable ... Two exceptional people who know how to better manage customers and their needs. Super recommended!
PS 5 stars also to Antonio and his family who manage the beach ... Courteous, honest, very kind, wonderful people ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo trascorso al Cico's residence l'ultima settimana di luglio 2021. La villetta è molto accogliente e soprattutto pulita. Cico, il proprietario, sempre molto disponibile. Situata di fronte all'isola di Cirella dista circa 400 metri dalla spiaggia attrezzata ma purtroppo il tragitto non è pianeggiante.
Una nota di merito anche per il Lido. Viene riservato uno sconto a chi alloggia nel residence e ci preme sottolineare la pulizia della spiaggia: in una settimana non abbiamo visto un mozzicone di sigaretta o una carta. Insomma una bella settimana e siamo certi che Cico farà in modo da rendere più agevole il percorso verso la spiaggia.
We spent the last week of July 2021 at Cico's residence. The house is very welcoming and above all clean. Cico, the owner, always very helpful. Located in front of the island of Cirella, it is about 400 meters from the equipped beach but unfortunately the route is not flat.
A note of merit also for the Lido. A discount is reserved for those staying in the residence and we would like to emphasize the cleanliness of the beach: in a week we have not seen a cigarette butt or a card. In short, a beautiful week and we are sure that Cico will make the path to the beach easier.
