Incanalare l'acqua che discende dai monti facendola scorrere per le vie del paese, realizzare un museo etnografico di tale portata, valorizzare mulini, segheria e maglio,... lavori certosini che appagano l'occhio del turista e che ne fanno un ottimo biglietto da visita. Complimenti davvero! A praise to the municipal administration and to the local population for having been able to enhance this territorial reality so well. Mi sono avventurato, a dire il vero un po' improvvisando visto il giorno di riposo lavorativo e le condizioni meteo favorevoli, nella Val Stabina, zona Val Brembana; meta stabilita, il piccolo paese di Valtorta. La brina lungo la strada, negli ultimi chilometri, l'ha fatta da padrone. Di recente mio padre aveva scoperto la bellezza di questo piccolo borgo, ne aveva parlato a me e Paola. Sai, papà, che sfogliando il tuo libro di viaggi in moto, mi sono ripromesso di ripercorrere le tappe che hai affrontato in una vita dedicata al mototurismo. In molti viaggi c'ero anch'io, ragazzino, ma voglio ripercorrerli con lo sguardo di un adulto, non più di un bambino, pensando a te, ora che non ci sei più. Ho pranzato nell'unico ristorante del paese, anche tu pranzasti lì. Ironia della sorte, mi sono trovato a condividere il tavolo con un motociclista di 77anni, anche lui assiderato, e gli ho parlato di te, del Moto Litra Club, di San Liberale e altri aneddoti. Nonostante il freddo tremendo, é stato bello chiudere la stagione (forse) della moto con una tappa a me tanto cara.
