★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Struttura perfetta per celebrare un matrimonio ottima la posizione è bellissima la vista sui calanchi e le colline circostanti, gode di un incantevole tramonto, il cibo è ottimo le porsioni non sono molto abbondanti. L'unica pecca è la sala del buffet al piano terra, è un po' datata (sedie da cambiare) .. Ed il buffet dell'antipasto non è ben organizzato... Per il resto nulla da dire la sala al primo piano è molto bella ed anche il giardino con una bellissima fontana.
 Perfect structure to celebrate an excellent wedding the location is beautiful the view over the gullies and the surrounding hills, it enjoys a lovely sunset, the food is excellent the porsions are not very abundant. The only flaw is the buffet room on the ground floor, it is a bit dated (chairs to change) .. And the appetizer buffet is not well organized ... For the rest nothing to say the room on the first floor is very beautiful and also the garden with a beautiful fountain.

Excellent location, top hospitality with the hosts, always available to take care of everything down to the smallest detail, excellent food: aperitif buffet, meat, fish and desserts .... all genuine! Very good and kind waiters. I recommend you try it to believe it.

Bellezza del luogo non avrei parole a sufficienza! Antonella chef ?? meravigliosa, Gianfranco Giacomo e Diana meravigliosi! Antipasto caldo e freddo terra e mare da sogno ravioli con zucca speck e nocciole, chitarra allo scoglio e dulcis in fundo filetto di maiale al pistacchio melograno e tortino di patate… il nostro punto di riferimento a Chieti

Warm and cold appetizer land and sea dream ravioli with pumpkin speck and hazelnuts, guitar with rock and last but not least pork fillet with pistachio pomegranate and potato pie ... our point of reference in Chieti

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Che sia un pranzo in famiglia o un matrimonio. Villa Iva è sempre una garanzia. Lo dice una persona che ha provato entrambe le cose. I proprietari sono delle persone affabili, disponibili in grado di rendere speciale qualsiasi evento. Il giorno del mio matrimonio con loro è stato davvero speciale. Alta qualità dei prodotti, unito ad un'eleganza fine, come denotabile in particolar modo nella sala principale, nell'area esterna dove c'è la fontana e la struttura in se per se. I prodotti oltre ad essere molto buoni, vengono serviti in abbondanza. Ho ricevuto complimenti da tutti gli invitati per tutto il servizio svolta dalla struttura. Rifarei questa scelta altre 1000 volte.
