Il ristorante è davvero ben curato sotto ogni aspetto, location, menù e servizio. È stata una sorpresa dall'inizio alla fine.
Abbiamo preso il menù degustazione 5 portate. Ci è stato anche offerto l'aperitivo di benvenuto. Piatti da ristorante stellato. Capolavori per la vista ma sopratutto per il palato. Non è facile trovare posti di questo tipo, con un'offerta di questo livello al giusto prezzo. Materie prime di altissima qualità cucinate in maniera sublime. Complimenti a tutto lo staff.
Peccato sia a più di 550 km di distanza da Milano, altrimenti almeno una volta al mese una cena prenotata alla Neviera sarebbe stata d'obbligo.
 No doubt about it, the best restaurant we have been to so far.
The restaurant is really well looked after in every aspect, location, menu and service. It was a surprise from start to finish.
We took the 5 course tasting menu. We were also offered a welcome drink. Starred restaurant dishes. Masterpieces for the sight but above all for the palate. It is not easy to find places of this type, with an offer of this level at the right price. Raw materials of the highest quality cooked in a sublime way. Congratulations to all the staff.
Too bad it is more than 550 km away from Milan, otherwise at least once a month a dinner booked at the Neviera would have been a must.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eravamo in zona per l'evento della Contea Gentile. Abbiamo telefonato all'ultimo istante e gentilissimi ci hanno tenuto il tavolo. Il locale è molto curato, elegante e raffinato. Servizio impeccabile, molto attento e cordiale. Menù davvero interessante, con accostamenti azzeccati e centrati. Molto ben eseguito il risotto cacio e pepe con gamberi crudi. Mi è capitato di assaggiarlo spesso nei locali milanesi e devo dire che questo è stato di gran lunga il migliore. In generale ottime e ben curate tutte le portate. Il prezzo davvero ottimo soprattutto considerando il contesto, la qualità ed il tipo di servizio. Consigliatissimo
We were in the area for the Gentile Shire event. We phoned at the last minute and very kindly they kept the table for us. The restaurant is very nice, elegant and refined. Impeccable service, very attentive and friendly. Really interesting menu, with well-chosen and centered combinations. The risotto with cacio e pepe with raw prawns is very well done. I have often tasted it in Milanese clubs and I must say that this was by far the best. In general all courses are excellent and well cared for. The really good price especially considering the context, the quality and the type of service. Highly recommended
