It starts with a fantastic host, continues with a beautiful view, goes on with a modern and stylish room + breakfast area and ends with a walk that only last 20 minutes to the main square in Bologna. Absolutely recommended to everyone that wants to enjoy the beautiful atmosphere of this city!

β β β β β Where should I start? We have been there only for a day, but enough to say that it was a fantastic stay. The house is an icon- from a architectual standpoint and an interior perspective. Very aligned and tasteful. The breakfast was superb, the location great (near the old city and a beautiful park). JosΓ© was a real nice host- very helpful and sympathic. 100% recommendation!

β β β β β Gorgeous villa with fantastic interiors ! Completely renovated, spacious rooms with large bathroom and shower, tea and coffee facility in room, silent and efficient airconditioning system.
Nice selection and assortment for breakfast, very good, real Italian coffee!!
The view is on garden and big trees so all green and peaceful
The owner is very friendly and check in check out super easy.
Great place to stay, definitely recommend it

β β β β β A must see & must stay for Art Deco & Bauhaus lovers (and anybody else)! Jose is a great host. Every single corner of the villa / hotel is decorated with love and full of original interiors. We loved it and weβll definitely come back. Ps. 20 minutes walk into town through a beautiful area of Bologna
