Ottima la colazione con le marmellate della casa e i dolci amabilmente preparati da Elisa, ragazza meravigliosa sempre disponibile e attenta a ogni esigenza del cliente. Camere pulite e impeccabili in una struttura elegante, immersa in un parco ben curato, con alberi magnifici, vasche con i pesci e cascate e ancora pavoni e galli, tra orti e ulivi. Un giardino in cui godere di splendide passeggiate a qualsiasi ora del giorno o in cui sostare per letture estive e rilassanti. Ottima anche la posizione perché a pochi passi da tante località di mare. An elegant and welcoming place to feel at ease even with animal friends. Excellent breakfast with homemade jams and desserts nicely prepared by Elisa, a wonderful girl always available and attentive to every customer need. Clean and impeccable rooms in an elegant structure, immersed in a well-kept park, with magnificent trees, fish ponds and waterfalls and still peacocks and roosters, among vegetable gardens and olive trees. A garden in which to enjoy splendid walks at any time of the day or where to stop for summer and relaxing readings. The location is also excellent because it is within walking distance of many seaside resorts.

È il terzo anno consecutivo che soggiorniamo (io e i miei amici) in questa meravigliosa Villa e devo dire che è sempre più bella! Affittiamo sempre tutte le stanze disponibili così da avere l’intera struttura a disposizione. È dotata di tutti i confort ed è super curata. Un ringraziamento particolare va al proprietario sempre disponibile, gentile e simpatico! Elisa ci ha accolti con un meraviglioso sorriso ed è stata sempre disponibilissima e simpaticissima! La colazione è stata super: dalle ciambelle ai muffin, Dai cornetti dolci a quelli salati, frutta frasca raccolta al momento, confetture fatte in casa... insomma STRUTTURA CONSIGLIATISSIMA! Ormai il fine settimana a Villa Giulia non può mancare quindi.... CI VEDIAMO L’ANNO PROSSIMO!!!!!! The weekend in Villa Giulia is now becoming a tradition! It is the third consecutive year that we (my friends and I) stay in this wonderful Villa and I must say that it is always more beautiful! We always rent all the rooms available so as to have the entire structure available. It is equipped with all comforts and is super cured. A special thanks goes to the owner who is always available, kind and nice! Elisa greeted us with a wonderful smile and was always extremely available and very nice! The breakfast was super: from donuts to muffins, from sweet to savory croissants, fresh fruit picked at the moment, homemade jams ... in short, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED STRUCTURE! Now the weekend in Villa Giulia can not miss therefore .... SEE YOU NEXT YEAR !!!!!!
O	Ornella Sauta on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo trascorso un bellissimo fine settimana in questo luogo magnifico insieme ad una coppia di amici e ai nostri due Bassotti. La villa è bellissima, dotata di ogni comfort. Il servizio è impeccabile, Elisa ci ha accolti con un sorriso e tanta gentilezza e ci ha preparato giornalmente una colazione da favola con torte, marmellate fatte in casa, frutta fresca e tanto altro che abbiamo gustato in una sala davvero suggestiva con il sottofondo del rumore dell'acqua. La villa è dotata di piscina, zona barbecue, cucina, un giardino tutto da vivere ed è tutto a disposizione degli ospiti che possono vivere la vacanza come se fossero a casa propria! Si trova a pochi minuti da Marina di Ragusa e da punta secca. Spero torneremo presto! Consigliatissimo!!! We spent a wonderful weekend in this beautiful place along with a couple of friends and our two Dachshunds. The villa is beautiful, equipped with every comfort. The service is impeccable, Elisa greeted us with a smile and a lot of kindness and prepared us a daily fabulous breakfast with cakes, homemade jams, fresh fruit and so much more that we enjoyed in a really suggestive room with the background noise water. The villa has a swimming pool, a barbecue area, a kitchen, a garden to live and everything is available to guests who can enjoy their holiday as if they were at home! It is located just minutes from Marina di Ragusa and dry tip. I hope we will be back soon! Highly recommended !!!

Tranquillità e relax assicurato. Le camere sono nuove e confortevoli e bellissima la piscina. Un plauso al proprietario Thomas per la disponibilità e la gentilezza, e ad Elisa per l'attenzione alle esigenze e la cortesia. Consigliato!! Beautiful structure, extraordinary and very well-kept garden with artificial waterfalls that enhance the uniqueness of the location. Tranquility and relaxation guaranteed. The rooms are new and comfortable and the pool is beautiful. A praise to the owner Thomas for the availability and kindness, and to Elisa for the attention to the needs and the courtesy. Recommended!!

Massima privacy e tranquillitá. Appartamenti attrezzati di tutto quanto, naturalmente freschi cosí come le camere mansardate (mai acceso il condizionatore). Parcheggio interno con piú posti auto. Macchina necessaria per spostarsi. Per gli amanti dei gatti ci sono dei bellissimi micetti coccolosi ? An enchanting place is an understatement, surrounded by greenery, attention to detail allows you to relax on the edge of a large swimming pool and have breakfast over a pond with the sound of waterfalls. Maximum privacy and tranquility. Apartments equipped with everything, naturally cool as well as the attic rooms (never turned on the air conditioner). Internal parking with several parking spaces. Car needed to get around. For cat lovers there are beautiful cuddly kittens ?
