Ho fruito dell'attico, ampio, arioso, rifinito con estrema cura e con arredi nuovissimi e all'avanguardia. La chicca è rappresentata dal terrazzo, quasi a 360°, che affaccia su un panorama mozzafiato. Vicinissimo alle bellissime spiagge di Caminia, Copanello, Pietragrande e Soverato, offre la possibilità di vivere l'autonomia dell'appartamento senza rinunciare al confort e alla qualità. Sembra in pratica di essere a casa propria. I proprietari sono sempre a disposizione per ogni genere di necessità ma, visto il livello altissimo di servizi offerti, oltre a quello che troverete difficilmente vi servirà altro. Pulizie al top. An authentic gem! Seaside apartments of this level are almost impossible to find. I enjoyed the attic, large, airy, finished with extreme care and with brand new and avant-garde furnishings. The gem is represented by the terrace, almost 360 °, which overlooks a breathtaking view. Very close to the beautiful beaches of Caminia, Copanello, Pietragrande and Soverato, it offers the opportunity to experience the autonomy of the apartment without sacrificing comfort and quality. It basically feels like being at home. The owners are always available for any kind of need but, given the very high level of services offered, in addition to what you will hardly find you will need anything else. Top cleaning.

I proprietari molto disponibili e cordiali. La casa è funzionale, arredata a nuovo e pulita. Il mare è un paradiso... Vacanza strepitosa! Splendid location, welcomed in a family atmosphere but with great privacy. We stayed in the moment, pampered by the breathtaking view of the terrace. The owners very helpful and friendly. The house is functional, newly furnished and clean. The sea is a paradise ... Amazing holiday!

All'arrivo siamo stati accolti con il sorriso dalla proprietaria, una signora gentilissima e molto discreta. L'appartamento è comodo e funzionale, con arredi semi nuovi, bagno nuovo, camere arredate in stile marinaro, con letti comodi. Il tutto è molto gradevole e molto pulito, la casa è ben arieggiata. In dotazione c'è anche una macchina per fare il caffè (con relative cialde). La cucina è ben attrezzata. I proprietari ci hanno fatto trovare anche un kit di benvenuto con dei prodotti calabresi! Il punto di forza della villetta è senz'altro il terrazzo con vista sul mare. E' arredato con un bel tavolo e sedie in ferro battuto dove mangiare, una zona relax con poltroncine e divanetto, oltre a un'amaca, dove poter leggere i molti libri a disposizione degli ospiti! Fare colazione e ammirare il mare non ha prezzo. Sul retro del terrazzo c'è anche una doccia esterna (con cabina) molto comoda se siete più persone! Il mare (si trova a 10 minuti di macchina) è cristallino e pulito. Nel complesso ottima vacanza! We stayed in the apartment on the upper floor of the villa, the one with the large terrace, very nice. Upon arrival we were greeted with a smile by the owner, a very kind and very discreet lady. The apartment is comfortable and functional, with semi-new furnishings, new bathroom, rooms furnished in a marine style, with comfortable beds. Everything is very pleasant and very clean, the house is well ventilated. There is also a machine for making coffee (with relative pods). The kitchen is well equipped. The owners also let us find a welcome kit with Calabrian products! The strong point of the house is undoubtedly the terrace overlooking the sea. It is furnished with a beautiful wrought iron table and chairs to eat, a relaxation area with armchairs and a sofa, as well as a hammock, where you can read the many books available to guests! Having breakfast and admiring the sea is priceless. On the back of the terrace there is also an outdoor shower (with cabin) which is very convenient if you are more than one person! The sea (10 minutes by car) is crystal clear and clean. Overall great holiday!
