★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely fantastic place to stay. Calm and peaceful, beautiful garden and surroundings, and an army of cats to keep you company if you're a cat lover.
Michele is an exceptional host, with the morning breakfasts and coffee to be one of the best in the business.
STAY HERE if you get the chance!

Rooms are clean and very comfy. View is amazing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful B&B. We had a wonderful view of the Tuscany Hills and a hot relaxing bath in the springs that are nearby. Bring your own towels if you can. And some water sandals or booties as the spring mineral rocks can be a little rough. Service was great the the room was quaint and large enough. Amazing balcony view, great breakfast w friendly service, A little difficult to find as it's just 200m down a quaint gravel-road off the main road just before the main village of Satunria. I very much recommend staying here & hope to retire here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Owner went above and beyond, she even collected and dropped us to the bus station as we did not have a car! If visiting the hot springs this is one of the best accommodations to stay in! We will be back very very soon. Negative: Price!.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: The apartment is located in great place in the middle of green. The apartment is equipped with all amenities. The rooms are clean, the bed is very comfortable. Dogs are welcome for which we thank you. The rooms are original, old-fashioned and have their own soul. Parking space near the apartment. Very good breakfast. Thank you very much for everything and we send our regards to ?????..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our room was fantastic! Beautiful balcony room. Lovely bathroom with plenty of hot water. The breakfast was the best food we have had in Tuscany so far. 100% recommended. The staff are super friendly. Wish we could stay longer.
