C	Craig Mackintosh on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cozy and great pizza. Gets busy so a booking would be a good idea. We went without one with 2 people and just walked around saturnia for around an hr till there was room. Great experience nice restaurant.

After asking for truffle oil we were told that truffle oil was not available! The pasta vongole was also really bad (just tasted like pasta in butter) and the three of us eating there all felt bad after dinner and went home with a stomack ache. The waiters apologized and gave us Panna Cotta for free which was a nice gesture but should have come from the boss whom we also talked to. He didn’t care at all and seemed to be annoyed. I never ever talked to the boss of a restaurant before because of the quality of a meal and this is the first review I ever write in my life but it was super disappointing to pay that much money for such bad quality.

M	Marie Phillips on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this restaurant a few day ago and gave it a 5 star rating. I went tonight and am amending my stars to 1, the 1 star is solely due to the food. Upon arrival I believe due to the fact I am a minority, we were seated at the back of the restaurant on plastic green chairs next to the kitchen curtain as there was no door. I joined in this section a guy with a awesome fork beard with beads and the guy full of tattoos. In the front of the restaurant, seated on the nice wood chairs were the people who made the restaurant's vision of how an ideal customer should look. As I mentioned the service was awful, only people on the wood chairs got balsamic vinaigrette and brown bread without asking. My friend had an insect land on her and the manager thought it was funny, he later had an insect on his back and later still I found one in my freshly washed hair. We were ignored for over 30 minutes by the manager and waitress even though I tried numerous times to get their attention. I finally gave up hope for a dessert and went to the front of the restaurant to pay. I told the manager the issues and was given a less than half hearted apology and presented with the bill. I refused to pay the service fee as I didn't receive any service. He then got angry and told us to go without paying. He then proceeded to swear in Italian (unfortunately for him my husband speaks Italian so I know Italian swear words) as he angrily walked back into the restaurant. Avoid this restaurant, but if you do choose to eat here only do so if you meet the wood chair grade.

D	Don Dalla on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Angus steak with truffle was horrific. I asked for medium rare and what I got was a chewy, greasy, tasteless piece of rubber. The oven potatoes were probably deep fried and not oven cooked, otherwise I can't explain the grease. The poor man's soup was the only good dish. My girlfriend got seashell and they were also unfortunately full of sand, not properly cleaned. We chose this place because it was close to our stay in Saturnia and because it was open during the Riposo. Never again.

The service is fenomenal, they are very attentive, fast, friendly, they speak English and Italian. The food is superb, chef Marco is terrific!!! You won’t regret or forget this restaurant.
