C	Cristiano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho scelto questa struttura su indicazione di un conoscente e sono rimasto pienamente soddisfatto. Ho potuto lasciare in ottime mani una cara zia in età avanzata: é stata ospite per un mese. Si è trovata molto bene sia con il personale sia con gli altri ospiti; io ho potuto confrontarmi in un paio di occasioni con la Responsabile di struttura, Dottoressa De Santis, che si è dimostrata molto risoluta nell'ovviare alle piccole difficoltà riscontrate dalla mia parente, risolvendo tutto in poche ore. Cortese e disponibile, seppur nei limiti di tempo che possa concedere chi è (ho constatato di persona) oberato da mille richieste, ne faccio menzione perché non sempre, soprattutto in alcune tipologie di ambienti, appare chiaro chi sia responsabile nella catena di comando. Struttura pulita, con oss, infermieri e medici, presenti e direi solerti. Non posso che rilasciare quindi un feedback più che positivo per Struttura, Gestione e Dirigenza. I chose this structure on the recommendation of an acquaintance and I was fully satisfied. I was able to leave a dear old aunt in good hands: she was a guest for a month. She got along very well with both the staff and the other guests; On a couple of occasions, I was able to confront the Head of the facility, Dr. De Santis, who proved very resolute in overcoming the small difficulties encountered by my relative, solving everything in a few hours. Courteous and helpful, albeit within the time limits that can grant those who are (I have personally ascertained) overwhelmed by a thousand requests, I mention them because it is not always, especially in some types of environments, that it is clear who is responsible in the chain of command. Clean structure, with obs, nurses and doctors, present and I would say diligent. I can therefore only release a more than positive feedback for the Structure, Management and Management.

Inizialmente non voleva fare più di due giorni alla settimana, adesso frequenta a tempo pieno tutti i giorni. È letteralmente rinata; accudita, seguita e anche supportata e sopportata. Questo ci permette di sentirci sicuri durante la giornata perché sappiamo che al centro è in buone mani. Consiglio vivamente a tutti i figli/figlie di portare tranquillamente i loro amati genitori in questa bellissima struttura. Giampiero My mother has been attending the Integrated Day Center of Villa Flavia for almost 6 years. Initially she didn't want to do more than two days a week, now she attends full time every day. She is literally reborn; cared for, followed and also supported and endured. This allows us to feel safe during the day because we know that the center is in good hands. I highly recommend all sons / daughters to safely bring their beloved parents to this beautiful property. Giampiero

Avevamo scelto la formula "mese di sollievo", doveva essere una cosa tranquilla... e invece un mese di stress per noi e soprattutto per nostra madre. Hanno rimpallato come un pupazzo nostra madre quasi novantenne, mandandola al Pronto Soccorso con motivazioni molto dubbie, e infatti la dimettevano subito perché non aveva niente; e poi indietro di nuovo e così via per tre volte. Assistenza medica e infermieristica approssimativa anche per cose banali, personale incapace persino di prendere la temperatura e usare un saturimetro. In un mese non l'hanno praticamente mai cambiata, e ci davano da lavare indumenti di altri ospiti (compresi intimi sporchi). Solo tante parole, ma la realtà è stata al limite del maltrattamento. Motivo? Non l'abbiamo capito, ma l'impressione è stata che la considerassero indesiderata e facessero di tutto per convincerci a portarla via, nonostante avessimo pagato anticipato per la permanenza. Stare alla larga! Nightmare experience! We had chosen the formula "month of relief", it had to be a quiet thing ... and instead a month of stress for us and especially for our mother. They rebounded our almost ninety-year-old mother like a puppet, sending her to the emergency room with very dubious reasons, and in fact they immediately discharged her because she had nothing; and then back again and so on three times. Approximate medical and nursing assistance even for mundane things, staff unable even to take temperature and use an oximeter. In a month they hardly changed it, and they gave us other guests' clothes (including dirty underwear) to wash. Just so many words, but reality was on the verge of mistreatment. Reason? We didn't understand it, but the impression was that they considered it unwanted and did everything to convince us to take it away, even though we had paid upfront for the stay. Stay away!
