La DelFare S.r.l negli anni 2018 e 2019 ha sottoscritto con il Comune di Pavia, una Convenzione, attraverso la quale ha condotto lavori di manutenzione straordinaria leggera, su alcuni alloggi ERP che vertevano in condizione di non assegnabilità per carenze manutentive, individuati prioritariamente dagli uffici preposti. Tale Convenzione definiva i tempi e le modalità di intervento su detti alloggi, oltre alla predisposizione sempre da parte della Del Fare delle Dichiarazioni di conformità impianti (DI.CO.)e delle eventuali dichiarazioni di Rispondenza (DIRI) a corredo finale degli interventi eseguiti.
La Convenzione prevedeva altresì una tempistica precisa ai fini della riconsegna delle chiavi degli alloggi recuperati, all'Ufficio U.P.A ufficio problemi abitativi, dei Servizi Sociali preposto alle procedure di riassegnazione.

DelFare Srl in the years 2018 and 2019 signed an Agreement with the Municipality of Pavia, through which it carried out light extraordinary maintenance work, on some ERP accommodations that were in a condition of non-assignability due to maintenance deficiencies, identified primarily by the offices in charge . This Agreement defined the times and methods of intervention on said accommodations, in addition to the preparation by Del Fare of the Declarations of Conformity of the systems (DI.CO.) and of any declarations of Compliance (DIRI) to complete the interventions carried out.
The Agreement also provided for a precise timing for the purpose of returning the keys of the recovered lodgings, to the U.P.A office, housing problems office, of the Social Services responsible for reassignment procedures.
