Piatti ben presentati, buona la fantasia e l'abbinamento dei colori. Il cibo si mangia prima con gli occhi. Excellent location, well-kept gardens and structure, the swimming pool is also beautiful. Professional and attentive staff to the requests and needs of diners. Well presented dishes, good imagination and color combination. Food is eaten with the eyes first.

Il signor Laringe e il figlio sono davvero due signori con la S maiuscola. Ti guidano e ti seguono con gran entusiasmo. Si percepisce il loro amore per questo lavoro. La villa è bellissima e molto curata. Siamo stati benissimo, il cibo era ottimo e nonostante il periodo di Covid abbiamo potuto festeggiare in sicurezza. We have chosen Villa Eubea as the location of our wedding ... I would choose it a thousand more times. Mr. Larynx and his son are really two gentlemen with a capital S. They guide and follow you with great enthusiasm. Their love for this work is felt. The villa is beautiful and well-kept. We had a great time, the food was great and despite the Covid period we were able to celebrate safely.

E' stato semplice organizzare il tutto nonostante l'impossibilità a recarmi direttamente sul posto, grazie all'esperienza e alla professionalità di Marianna che ha seguito e curato ogni dettaglio e ha assecondato ogni mia richiesta. La mise en place è stata a dir poco sbalorditiva! La cucina e il servizio in sala sono stati impeccabili con particolare attenzione alle intolleranze alimentari segnalate. L'abbinamento dei vini è stato molto gradito, confermando ancora una volta l'estrema attenzione e preparazione nel settore. Grande entusiasmo anche per la torta, sia per la presentazione che per il sapore! I chose this location to celebrate my fortieth birthday after meeting it thanks to another event. It was easy to organize everything despite the impossibility of going directly to the site, thanks to the experience and professionalism of Marianna who followed and took care of every detail and complied with my every request. The mise en place was nothing short of stunning! The kitchen and the room service were impeccable with particular attention to reported food intolerances. The pairing of the wines was very welcome, confirming once again the extreme attention and preparation in the sector. Great enthusiasm also for the cake, both for the presentation and for the flavor!
