★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Top-Location (nicht nur) für Hundefreunde: ca. 900 qm komplett eingezäuntes Grundstück in ruhiger Lage nur 40 m vom See entfernt - hübsches Häuschen mit zwei separaten Schlafräumen.
In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es eine nette kleine (Snack)Bar sowie einen Mini-Markt, weitere Bars und Restaurants liegen in fussläufiger Entfernung.
Die Inneneinrichtung ist arg überholt (Stil der 70er) und eine Waschmaschine wäre schön (Anschlüsse sind im Bad vorhanden); dies wird aber schon allein durch die Lage und den fairen Preis überkompensiert.
Toll auch: bei der Ankunft warteten eine große Flasche Mineralwasser, ein Obstkorb und eine Schachtel italienischer Kekse auf uns.
Noch toller ist die persönliche Betreuung durch Signora Elisa: nach vier Tagen wurden wir gefragt, ob wir neue Handtücher / Bettwäsche wünschen und sie machte uns auf ein abends in Colombare stattfindendes Bürgerfest aufmerksam.
So macht Urlaub noch mehr Spaß!
 Top location (not only) for dog lovers: approx. 900 sqm completely fenced plot in a quiet location only 40 m from the lake - pretty cottage with two separate bedrooms.
In the immediate vicinity there is a nice small (snack) bar and a mini-market, other bars and restaurants are within walking distance.
The interior is badly overhauled (style of the 70s) and a washing machine would be nice (connections are available in the bathroom); But this is already overcompensated by the location and the fair price alone.
Great also: on arrival a large bottle of mineral water, a fruit basket and a box of Italian biscuits were waiting for us.
Even better is the personal attention by Signora Elisa: after four days, we were asked if we want new towels / sheets and she made us aware of an evening held in Colombare citizen party.
This makes holidays even more fun!

Ich und meine Familie ( zwei Kleinkinder und Hund ) haben dort fünf wunderschöne Tage verbracht, wie im Vorjahr.
Eurospin sowie andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe, auf ein kaffe, an die bar am see (keine 100m entfernt zu fuß) ist auch möglich.
Sehr ruhige Lage um mit der Familie zu entspannen aber bietet aber auch möglichkeiten spaß zu haben.
Villa Elisea hat einen super standpunkt, denn man kommt sehr schnell nach Peschiera, Desenzano , Salo ,Lazise oder Bardolino.
Villa Elisea kann man nur weiterempfehlen, sehr nette und zuvorkommende Besitzerin.
Ein Wiedersehen ist zu 100% garantiert.
Wonderful vacation rental.
Me and my family (two small children and a dog) spent five wonderful days there, like last year.
Eurospin and other shops are nearby, for a coffee, at the bar on the lake (less than 100m away on foot) is also possible.
Very quiet location to relax with the family but also offers opportunities to have fun.
Villa Elisea has a great position because you can get to Peschiera, Desenzano, Salo, Lazise or Bardolino very quickly.
Villa Elisea can only be recommended, very nice and courteous owner.
A reunion is 100% guaranteed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Umgebung ist perfekt für einen schönen Urlaub mit der Familie. Sehr schön, sehr ruhig und alles sehr sauber. Großes Grundstück, tolle Lage am See und nur 2 Gehminuten zum Strand. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Betreuung durch Elisa. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
The environment is perfect for a nice family holiday. Very nice, very quiet and very clean. Large plot, great location on the lake and only 2 minutes walk to the beach. Very friendly and helpful care by Elisa. We will be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'appartamento è molto pulito e spazioso. La posizione è favolosa! A pochi passi dalla spiaggia con un parco molto bello, e poi ha anche il parcheggio interno!
The apartment is very clean and spacious. The location is fabulous! A few steps from the beach with a very nice park, and then it also has internal parking!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto magnifico. La Villa è situata in riva al lago. Pulita, spaziosa e ben attrezzata, con ogni tipo di comfort. Punto tattico per poter visitare i posti storici che la circondano. Non vedo l'ora di ritornarci.?
