★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non borrei dare la valutazione ma per poter recensire sono costretta a passare per il via. Cmq ho chiamato e chiesto se si tratta di pensione anche per gatti purtroppo tengono solo cani, non posso dire altro a parte la cortesia la gentiletta
I would not like to give the evaluation but in order to review I am forced to go through. Anyway I called and asked if it is also a pension for cats, unfortunately they only keep dogs, I can not say anything other than courtesy the gentleman

Sono rimasta meravigliata nell'aver constatato organizzazione, pulizia, l'osservanza delle regole e soprattutto amore, tanto amore per le creature ospitate. Consiglierei a tutti di visitare questa struttura. I miei complimenti per la gentilezza e cortesia con la quale sono stata a volta. Il mio voto da 0 a 10 è 10!
I visited this structure today, Saturday, December 14, 2019. I was amazed to see the organization, cleanliness, observance of the rules and above all love, a lot of love for the hosted creatures. I would recommend everyone to visit this facility. My compliments for the kindness and courtesy with which I have been at times. My vote from 0 to 10 is 10!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Black, il nostro beagle di 9 anni, è ospite di Electra regolarmente fin da quando era piccolo e io sono perfettamente tranquilla ogni volta che devo lasciarlo in pensione perché so che Electra e lo staff lo tratta come fosse un loro cane! Figuratevi che prima di organizzare i viaggi verifico sempre che ci sia posto x Black da Electra! Non mi fido di nessun altro!
Black, our 9-year-old beagle, has been a guest of Electra regularly since he was a child and I'm perfectly calm every time I leave him retired because I know that Electra and the staff treat him like a dog! Imagine that before organizing trips I always check that there is a place for Black da Electra! I don't trust anyone else!

I have known Villa Electra since it opened many years ago .. professionalism, hospitality and genuine love for animals are its characteristics, as well as a fantastic location not only for animals but also for humans!
