Professionalità e gentilezza sono sempre chiavi vincenti e se a questo uniamo cordialità e calore umano...la "pillola si addolcisce!". With my husband we went for the first time to the center of Florence to get information .... Pina and Lorenzo were very helpful in a short time they gave us all the answers by taking concrete reservations. Professionalism and kindness are always winning keys and if we combine this with warmth and human warmth ... the "pill is sweetened!".

Vengo trasferita tramite ambulanza Misericordia Rifredi all'Ospedale Santa Maria Nuova per eseguire TAC dopo intervento di Pace-maker. Né il personale del reparto né quello della Misericordia si è preoccupato che dovessi camminare sotto la pioggia per un tratto all'andata e al ritorno. Forse bastava avvicinare il mezzo all'entrata,forse bastava una coperta sulla vestaglia,forse bastava un po'di professionalità . I am transferred by Misericordia Rifredi ambulance to the Santa Maria Nuova hospital to perform a CT scan after a pace-maker intervention. Neither the ward nor the Mercy staff worried that I had to walk in the rain for a while on the way out and back. Perhaps it was enough to bring the vehicle closer to the entrance, perhaps a blanket over the dressing gown was enough, perhaps a little professionalism was enough. No comment Simonetta Battaglia
T	Tanja Gutzeit on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una disorganizzazione totale all'accettazione. Danno numeri per incassare ma non hanno un monitor per chiamare i pazienti. Sono stata in attesa 1 ora e mezza chiedendo tante volte come mai questo ritardo !!!! Per poi scoprire che avevano chiamato la paziente dopo di me. Non possono mica urlare in sala d'attesa per chiamare i pazienti. Hanno 2 sale d'attesa ma chiamano solo in una sala- piano piano per non disturbare. La dottoressa molto gentile e brava ma l'attesa è stata troppa. Esperienza bruttissima, si danno aria ma peggio che nel pubblico. A total disorganization upon acceptance. They give numbers to cash in but they don't have a monitor to call patients. I have been waiting 1 hour and a half asking many times why this delay !!!! Only to find out that they had called the patient after me. They can't scream in the waiting room to call patients. They have 2 waiting rooms but they only call in one room - floor to floor so as not to disturb. The doctor very kind and good but the wait was too long. Very bad experience, they give themselves air but worse than in the public.
C	Cao Franco \| 4N on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo posto con personali disorganizzati, oltre ad annullare appuntamenti presi, e farci prenderne una dopo una settimana, al momento della prima visita ci fanno pagare 150€ per soli 2 minuti di chiacchierate senza fare nulla, per dire solo: tornate tre mesi dopo. Mah! Spendere un'ora per recarmi in questo posto e a un costo tale senza fare niente ma vien via. Io non ci ritorno mica. Bad place with disorganized personnel, in addition to canceling appointments made, and making us take one after a week, at the time of the first visit they charge us 150 € for just 2 minutes of chatting without doing anything, to say only: come back three months later. Dopo una mia chiamata alla struttura per disdire un appuntamento, il medico non è stato neanche avvertito della disdetta. Dopo tutti i soldi che chiedono per le visite, neanche un minimo di rispetto per medici e pazienti. Non mi rivedranno mai più e sconsiglierò a chiunque di andarci. Bad customer treatment. Total disorganization and lack of customer care. After my call to the facility to cancel an appointment, the doctor was not even notified of the cancellation. After all the money they ask for visits, not even a minimum of respect for doctors and patients. They will never see me again and I will advise against anyone going there.
R	Roberta Paoli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Con mio marito siamo andati per fare un prelievo del sangue urgente ma ci hanno mandato via in quanto non funzionavano i terminali per l'accettazione, siamo andati in altro centro e a fine mattinata avevamo già una mail con il risultato degli esami. Domani dobbiamo fare un'altra volta un prelievo urgente, mio marito ha chiamato ed è stato messo oltre 40 minuti in attesa...finalmente quando hanno risposto ha chiesto se poteva avere il risultato degli esami in giornata: hanno risposto di mandare una mail al loro centro Diagnostica e porre il quesito a loro...mandata la mail da ore ,nessuna risposta. Passa 20 minuti e la ginecologa non si vede, passano altri 10 minuti nessun segno, al che la signora prima di me si alza e chiede dove sia la dott.ssa, il signore all accoglienza(molto gentile) chiama subito la dott.ssa chiedendole se stesse arrivando. La dott.ssa avverte che arriverà cn ben 20 minuti di ritardo, oltre a quelli ormai già passati. Io mi domando, una struttura così accreditata come Villa Donetallo, dove si spera ci sia un certo tipo di trattamento, non vi è la decenza del professionista di avvertire che ritarderà, dando per scontato che le persona non hanno da fare niente durante il giorno. Fatto sta che me ne sono andata perché a lavoro avevo chiesto solo1h di permesso(con la speranza di farcela), sono dovuta ritornare alle sei e aspettare altri 40 minuti.
