Vedersi richiedere un aumento drammatico dell' affitto della location a pochi giorni da un evento già organizzato e preparato è un esperienza che non auguro a nessuno Approximate and non-professional management. Zero serietà. We had an agreement with the location for a beautiful event but the owner decided to increase the price a few days before the scheduled date. Zero seriousness.

Assolutamente sconsigliata. As splendid as the location is unreliable those who manage it. A week after the agreed event, we saw the agreed price soar. Absolutely not recommended.

La location è veramente stupenda, una di quelle bellissime ville storiche che si vedono nei film, ma la bellezza non si combina purtroppo con la serietà dell'organizzazione. A circa una settimana da un evento stabilito da tempo la proprietaria decide di punto in bianco di cambiare gli accordi e di aumentare il prezzo non di pochi spiccioli, ma di diverse migliaia di euro, mandando alla malora qualsiasi accordo preso con lei, che pure durante il sopralluogo non ha mai perso occasione di sottolineare quanto fosse una persona seria e "con una parola sola", usando la sua stessa frase. È davvero un peccato che a causa di questi suoi capricci inqualificabili ed ingiustificabili si sia stati costretti a muovere un centinaio di persone altrove, dovendo ricorrere all'ultimo minuto ad un catering nuovo e a fare saltare qualsiasi accordo con strutture adatta a permettere il pernotto di alcuni che arrivavano da tutta Italia. Davvero, se volete organizzare qualcosa, cercate altrove: potreste trovarvi fregati di punto in bianco. It could have been a dream, but it turned out to be a nightmare. The location is truly wonderful, one of those beautiful historic villas that you see in the movies, but unfortunately the beauty does not combine with the seriousness of the organization. About a week after an event established for some time, the owner decides out of the blue to change the agreements and increase the price not by a few pennies, but by several thousand euros, ruining any agreement made with her, even during the inspection never missed an opportunity to underline how serious and "with one word" he was, using his own phrase. It is really a pity that because of these unspeakable and unjustifiable whims of his have been forced to move a hundred people elsewhere, having to resort at the last minute to a new catering and to blow up any agreement with suitable structures to allow the overnight stay of some that came from all over Italy. Really, if you want to organize something, look elsewhere: you may find yourself screwed out of the blue.

A pochi giorni da un'evento, programmato con largo anticipo, la proprietaria ha deciso di aumentare la quota concordata. Poca serietà e professionalità per una location veramente meravigliosa. Dopo aver definito tutti i dettagli per l'evento, a "2 giorni" dall'evento cambia il prezzo pattuito che, a nostro malgrado abbiamo dovuto accettare per non mandare tutto all'aria. Il giorno dell'evento ci troviamo un catering di benvenuto al sole di agosto, giardino senza un fiore e molto degradato. Pranzo nella norma, peccato che non hanno portato il mangiare ai bambini. Book fotografico fatto nelle stanze della villa coperte di guano di piccioni. Peccato, poteva essere un sogno invece.... On the day of the event we find a welcome catering in the August sun, a garden without a flower and very degraded. Lunch in the norm, too bad they didn't bring food to the children.
