Sono rimasta colpita dall'ambiente pulito e tranquillo e dal personale molto disponibile e gentile nei confronti degli ospiti. Offrono molti servizi ed iniziative. I went to visit my aunt several times in this facility. I was impressed by the clean and quiet environment and the very helpful and kind staff towards the guests. They offer many services and initiatives.
T	TAMMY PILIU on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ X sette mesi mia madre è stata in questo posto..... è vero c'è il covid,rispetto tutto,[,ma almeno voi della segreteria siate più umane.] x aprire il cancello perdi minimo mezz'ora e x farti uscire altrettanto......nn potevo accedere al piano,(in questa struttura invece posso farlo e anche portare il cibo da casa,,mangiare all'esterno, prendere il caffè al bar) ,la seconda volta che è caduta e hanno chiamato l'ambulanza nn c'era neanche un medico e nessuno che mi dicesse come stava mia madre, assurdo.....dovevo decidere senza poterla vedere. L'unica cosa puntuale che fanno è mandarti la fattura..,..Manopole e bavaglini mai usati e pagati.... Adesso in questa nuova struttura,mia madre sta' meglio grazie ai medici e a tutte le persone che fanno da contorno....Personale efficentissimo, e tutti gentili e carini....ma soprattutto posso entrare al piano e rimane con mia madre x varie ore .?? For seven months my mother has been in this place ..... it is true there is the covid, I respect everything, [, but at least you of the secretariat are more human.] X to open the gate you will lose at least half an hour and ex get you out equally ...... I could not access the floor, (in this structure instead I can do it and also bring food from home, eat outside, have coffee at the bar), the second time she fell and they called the ambulance nn there was not even a doctor and no one to tell me how my mother was, absurd ..... I had to decide without being able to see her. The only punctual thing they do is send you the invoice .., .. Mittens and bibs never used and paid for .... Now in this new structure, my mother is better thanks to the doctors and all the people who accompany. ... Staff very efficient, and all kind and nice .... but above all I can enter the floor and stay with my mother for several hours.

F	Fabrizio Ceciliani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quando mia suocera entrò in questa clinica ci sembrò di aver trovato un piccolo paradiso. Personale gentile ed empatico, un bel giardino, una gestione umana. Adesso, a distanza di pochi anni, la clinica mi sembra completamente decaduta. Il personale è cambiato, la comunicazione con i parenti è diventata una questione di fortuna, le visite sono ancora concesse con il contagocce, la nuova caposala ci ha dato l'impressione di non possedere l'empatia e la pazienza che si converrebbero alla sua figura. Quando mia suocera è stata ricoverata in ospedale, i medici erano stupiti per le condizioni in cui è arrivata e hanno chiesto a mia moglie se fosse lei ad accudirla. Era fortemente disidratata, aveva un'occlusione intestinale ed una infezione alle vie urinarie. Ora posso capire che questa condizione sia stata dovuta in gran parte all'età e al suo quadro clinico ma la concomitanza di tutte queste cose e soprattutto la faccia dei medici con cui abbiamo parlato ci ha lasciato comunque molto perplessi. Fatto sta che adesso, più che un paradiso, questa clinica mi sembra un vero Inferno, un carcere in cui sono reclusi i poveri ospiti. When my mother-in-law entered this clinic it seemed to us that we had found a little paradise. Kind and empathetic staff, a beautiful garden, human management. Now, a few years later, the clinic seems to me to have completely decayed. The staff has changed, communication with relatives has become a matter of luck, visits are still granted with the dropper, the new head nurse gave us the impression that she does not have the empathy and patience that would be suitable for her figure . When my mother-in-law was admitted to the hospital, the doctors were amazed at the condition she arrived in and asked my wife if she was looking after her. She was severely dehydrated, had intestinal obstruction and a urinary tract infection. Now I can understand that this condition was largely due to age and its clinical picture but the concomitance of all these things and above all the faces of the doctors we spoke with left us very perplexed. The fact is that now, more than a paradise, this clinic seems to me a real hell, a prison where poor guests are imprisoned.
