Mi informo meglio dal mio veterinario, che mi spiega che le fistole non compaiono in quel punto e quello è chiaramente un taglio. Commento una loro foto su instagram parlando del taglio e loro rispondono in malo modo, dicendo che sulla coda non era un taglio, ma si trattava di dermatite. Al mio commento "eppure mi avevate detto che fosse una fistola" mi ritrovo bloccata sul social. Che altro dire?
Totally INCOMPETENT. I take my dog to wash, I find a deep cut in the tail. They tell me it's an already existing fistula. I tell you better from my vet, who explains to me that the fistulas do not appear at that point and that is clearly a cut. One of their photos on instagram is talking about the cut and they respond badly, saying that on the tail it was not a cut, but it was dermatitis. To my comment "yet you told me it was a fistula" I find myself stuck on social media. What else to say?
