G	Giuliano De Martino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Di una scortesia unca, non metto in dubbio la sua competenza anche se non ho le basi per valutarla ma posso sicuramente dire che la dottoressa è di una scortesia inaudiata, dopo essere stato li ad aspettare per circa 1 ora con il gatto che stava male senza aver prenotato visto che era un "emergenza" e non sempre si può prevedere quando il tuo animale starà male, nonostante abbia provato a chiamarla sia per le 12 dello stesso giorno e sia alle 16 e 20 ( mentre mi recavo alla clinica ) mi è stato detto con la massima scortesia che non è possibile che le persone si presentino senza appuntamento tutto questo urlando quando io non avevo detto nulla e stavo aspettando con educazione il mio turno, alla fine sono dovuto andare via perchè nonostante l'emergenza e la mia massima dispoonibilità ad aspettare la dottoressa preferiva fare soldi facili con le vaccinazioni non considerando che un gatto che non riusciva ad urinare era più importante di una siringa che sicuramente per la dottoressa al livello di entrate/tempo speso a paziente è molto più remunerativa. LO SCONGILIO VIVAMENTE SOPRATUTTO PER LA MALEDUCAZIONE Of a single rudeness, I do not question her competence even if I do not have the basis to evaluate it but I can certainly say that the doctor is of an unheard of rudeness, after being there to wait for about 1 hour with the cat that was sick without having booked as it was an "emergency" and it is not always possible to predict when your pet will be sick, despite having tried to call her both at 12 noon on the same day and at 4:20 pm (on my way to the clinic) I was said with the utmost rudeness that it is not possible for people to show up without an appointment all this screaming when I had not said anything and was politely waiting for my turn, in the end I had to leave because despite the emergency and my maximum availability waiting for the doctor he preferred to make easy money with vaccinations not considering that a cat that could not urinate was more important than a syringe which certainly for the doctor at the l the level of income / time spent per patient is much more profitable. I THINK HE STRONGLY ESPECIALLY FOR RUDE

Abbiamo sempre seguito i suoi consigli e le prescrizioni per i nostri animali da compagnia, che ringraziano per il loro buon stato di salute e benessere. Consigliatissimo. Aggiungo anche che non è una persona venale ma amabilissima. Clean and welcoming environment with a waiting room and parking. The owner, Dr. Claudia Scarpetta, is a valid professional of great humanity. We have always followed his advice and prescriptions for our pets, which we thank for their good health and well-being. Highly recommended. I also add that he is not a venal person but a very lovable one.
