E	Emiliano Vitaliani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La casa è molto grande, 8 posti letto così suddivisi: 2 camere con due letti matrimoniali ed un singolo rispettivamente, un letto matrimoniale nel trullo. A quest'ultimo si accede sia con un ingresso dedicato ma anche dall'interno della casa essendo questa comunicante ed attaccata al trullo stesso. Cucina spaziosa con diversi elettrodomestici: forno, microonde, frigorifero e congelatore, impastatrice, ferro da stiro... manca però la lavastoviglie. Due bagni di cui uno con doccia e l'altro con vasca. Manca un asciugacapelli. Salone spazioso con un tavolo, un divano a 3 posti ed una libreria con molti libri per la lettura. Ci siamo divertiti molto con il biliardino che abbiamo trovato in sala. Ho visto dei condizionatori ma nei giorni in cui siamo stati non ne abbiamo avuto bisogno. All'esterno c'è molto spazio. La casa ha un muretto di recinzione tutto attorno ed un cancello automatico d'ingresso. C'è posto per 4-5 auto nel piazzale con la breccia di fronte all'abitazione. Bella la piscina esterna (più o meno 3m x 10m), nuova e ben tenuta. C'è anche una doccia calda situata nei suoi pressi. Gli ospiti possono usufruire di sdraio e lettini, nonché di due ombrelloni. Ci sono anche tre biciclette a disposizione degli ospiti. Note dolenti: la casa si trova in una zona interna e quindi si è lontani un po' da tutto (40 minuti per arrivare al mare, sia adriatico che ionio); essendo la casa in piena campagna la strada per raggiungerla è stretta e con delle curve dove la visibilità è pessima. The house is very large, 8 beds divided as follows: 2 bedrooms with two double beds and a single bed respectively, a double bed in the trullo. The latter is accessed both with a dedicated entrance but also from inside the house as it is communicating and attached to the trullo itself. Spacious kitchen with various appliances: oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, mixer, iron ... but the dishwasher is missing. Two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. A hairdryer is missing. Spacious living room with a table, a 3-seater sofa and a bookcase with many books for reading. We had a lot of fun with the table football that we found in the room. I saw air conditioners but on the days we were there we didn't need them. There is a lot of space outside. The house has a small wall around it and an automatic entrance gate. There is space for 4-5 cars in the square with the breach in front of the house. Beautiful outdoor swimming pool (more or less 3m x 10m), new and well maintained. There is also a hot shower located nearby. Guests can use deck chairs and sun loungers, as well as two parasols. There are also three bicycles available for guests. Sore points: the house is located in an internal area and therefore it is a bit far from everything (40 minutes to get to the sea, both Adriatic and Ionian); being the house in the countryside, the road to reach it is narrow and with curves where visibility is very bad.

Das wunderschöne Gelände und der traumhafte Pool bescherten uns eine unvergessliche Zeit. Wir waren als Familie einen Monat da und werden es ganz sicher wiederholen. Vielen Dank für alles! We had a perfect time in the villa! Contact with the owners and the service were excellent. The beautiful grounds and the fantastic pool gave us an unforgettable time. We were there as a family for a month and we will definitely do it again. Many thanks for everything!
