★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing view. Good location for touring. Rome, Umbria, Tuscania, Orvieto, Rieti, Terni, the Sabina. The best, unspoilt countryside in the tiber valley close to Rome. Excellent for families to relax, visit the area and taste the local cuisine. Very comfortable home with everything you need. Great host!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We spent Two wonderful weeks in August 2018 in Villa degli Armeni. The villa is very spacious and comfortable with everything you need, a home from home. We spent a lot of time relaxing on the balcony, it's the most wonderful view, lunch with a glass of wine, a stunning sunset every evening. Kate and Giorgio are excellent hosts, very helpful and always available. A special thanks to Giorgio for going beyond the call of duty. The setting is tranquil, Poggio Catino is a lovely village with hidden gems worth discovering and Poggio Mirteto is the main town with large supermarkets etc. Good restaurants are unlimited and there are a few great ones. The nearest one to the house is well worth a visit, the unusual Cisterna. Thanks again Kate and Giorgio.
