Unfortunately it was not possible to see anything, it is all covered in scaffolding. I think it's under renovation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un palazzo storico che potrebbe essere valorizzato e reso un gioiello ma abbandonato da tutte le istituzioni e le amministrazioni sino ad ora. Si spera prima o poi in un recupero dell'intero complesso appena possibile per farne un attratto turistico.
A historic building that could be enhanced and made a jewel but abandoned by all institutions and administrations so far. Hopefully sooner or later in a recovery of the entire complex as soon as possible to make it a tourist attraction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ la costruzione e' un palazzo del 700 che aveva due terrazze una rivolta verso Torre del Greco e l'altra verso Napoli. Quando si inauguro' la linea ferroviaria venne distrutta l'armonia del palazzo. Nel 2013 alcuni imprenditori l'hanno acquistata per restaurarla.
I lavori di restauro sono ripresi nel 2019 e la licenza per la ristrutturazione scade nel 2022.
the building is an 18th century palace which had two terraces, one facing Torre del Greco and the other towards Naples. When the railway line was inaugurated, the harmony of the building was destroyed. In 2013 some entrepreneurs bought it to restore it.
The restoration work resumed in 2019 and the renovation license expires in 2022.

With a careful and accurate restoration and consolidation project it could be enhanced and become a point of attraction. Instead, as often happens here in Italy, it has been abandoned by all the administrations that have followed one another over the years
