Senza nessuna verifica, ho ricevuto un preventivo dove erano inseriti pezzi perfettamente funzionanti, ricevendo la netta sensazione che fossero più concentrati a massimizzare il loro profitto che non a risolvere il mio problema. In definitiva, l'intervento è riuscito ma pagando molto di più di qualunque altra officina. In this workshop I felt terrible. M	Manuel Porciello on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato tempo fa per chiedere una informazione riguardo un'eventuale controllo delle guarnizioni delle valvole perché possiedo un'auto a gpl, avendo superato i 30.000 km. Mi accordo telefonicamente per prendere appuntamento, si tengono l'auto per tutta la giornata e nel pomeriggio, la ritiro. Dal costo richiesto di 50 euro, suppongo che abbiano cambiato quello che ho richiesto.. E invece... trovandomi per lavoro in un'altra zona, e dopo aver percorso tanti km da quel momento, vado a chiedere se al meccanico di zona oltre al tagliando mi abbiano cambiato la guarnizione.. Con mia amarezza, scopro dal meccanico odierno, che non è stato cambiato nulla.. Tant'è che leggendo la fattura che ho ritrovato.. non è stato scritto cambio guarnizione... ma bensì, controllo ... ( ecco il perchè ), e poi, disse il sig.re all'accettazione, che me la regalarono.. ( da che mondo è mondo, non si fa niente per senza niente, se non solo per money). Non me ne intendo di ciò, e chiedo in giro, ad altre officine, quanto costa e quanto tempo ci vuole per aprire il motore e vedere.. e dicono almeno 1 giorno senza auto dovevo stare.. Morale della favoletta, NON ritornerò più in questa officina a Portici, e sicuramente non la consiglio a chi mi dirà dove portare l'auto... Professionali al top. Autofficina consigliatissima. I add a star ... for some years I have been going to this garage for my 2019 Panda ... helpful and nice owners ... they solve problems ... I can only say that 5 stars are not enough. Professional at the top. Highly recommended garage.
