★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo appartamento ristrutturato.
Cucina con frigo grande, con freezer, fornello a 4 fuochi con cappa, microonde Whirlpool.
Bagno con ampio armadietto, ripiani e appendi-asciugamani.
Doccia (che non perde una goccia!) con porta bagnoschiuma e acqua caldissima anche per 5 docce consecutive!
Letti a doghe con materassi nuovissimi (forse un po' duri, ma certo non sfondati).
Divano letto nuovo, a due letti separabili, molto ben gestibili.
Infissi nuovissimi, perfettamente antirumore e tapparelle completamente oscuranti.
Terrazzo ampio con sedie e tavolo grande, sempre all'ombra.
Aria condizionata forse un po' sottodimensionata per l'appartamento, ma efficiente.
Nota dolente: la posizione.
Vicino alla strada, di notte con le finestre aperte è un po' rumoroso (specialmente all'alba con pulizia delle strade e raccolta rifiuti) e un po' lontano dalla spiaggia, comunque raggiungibilissima a piedi.
Suggerimento: ampliare un po' l'attrezzatura in cucina (noi eravamo in 5 e abbiamo trovato solo 5 bicchieri e un'unica padella da 22cm, decisamente piccola...) e trovare il posto per un armadietto di pertinenza della camera matrimoniale (tre letti e solo una cassettiera).

Kitchen with large fridge, freezer, 4-burner stove with hood, Whirlpool microwave.
Bathroom with large cabinet, shelves and towel hanger.
Shower (which does not lose a drop!) With shower gel and very hot water even for 5 consecutive showers!
Slatted beds with brand new mattresses (maybe a little hard, but certainly not broken).
New sofa bed, with two separable beds, very manageable.
Brand new windows, perfectly soundproof and completely blackout shutters.
Large terrace with chairs and large table, always in the shade.
Air conditioning perhaps a little underpowered for the apartment, but efficient.
Sore point: the location.
Close to the road, at night with the windows open it is a bit noisy (especially at dawn with street cleaning and waste collection) and a bit far from the beach, still within walking distance.
Tip: expand the equipment in the kitchen a little (we were 5 and we found only 5 glasses and a single 22cm pan, very small ...) and find a place for a cabinet belonging to the double bedroom (three beds and only a chest of drawers).
