β β β β β Nagyon jo kis apartman a Lara!!! Bereltunk biciklit es azzal jartunk le a strandra, gyerekkel! Klassz volt. Lignano pinetat is bejartuk, de Sabbiadoro is csak 15 perc volt igy.
 Very small apartment in Lara !!! We borrowed a bike and knocked off the beach with a child! It was cool. We also knocked Lignano pinetat, but Sabbiadoro was only 15 minutes away.

Simple but adequate .... Not far from the beach ... 1 umbrella + 2 beach chairs are on the beach incl. WLAN works ..

Complesso silenzioso, vicino al centro anche se un poβ distante dal mare (circa 1 km).

β β β β β Appartamento abbastanza vecchio. Bagno per gente che sa adattarsi, fai la doccia e lo scarico Γ¨ un buco nel pavimento che raccoglie anche male. Per non descrive le condizioni dei sanitari dopo. Il Wi-Fi Γ¨ presente ma non ti fa connettere per la debolezza del segnale. Note positive l'aria condizionata e il posto spiaggia compreso nel prezzo. Anche se Γ¨ distante 1,4 km, misurato con contapassi. Ciliegina Γ¨ 1ora e 50 di attesa in fila per prendere le chiavi, in quanto l'agenzia amministra centinaia di appartamenti, e siccome si arriva tutti insieme... Comunque nella settimana di ferragosto

β β β β β La palazzina, in zona pineta verde e silenziosa, Γ¨ un po' datata ma abbastanza attrezzata (con ampi spazi e barbecue esterni, oltre che rastrelliera per biciclette interna).
L'appartamento 6 - di cui ho usufruito - Γ¨ spazioso, luminoso e dotato di ogni comfort (aria condizionata compresa) sebbene alcuni dettagli (es. doccia) potrebbero essere molto migliorati.
Il servizio comprende asciugamani, lenzuola, attrezzi per la pulizia dei pavimenti, stendibiancheria.
Non sono previsti detergenti nΓ© spugne.
La cucina Γ¨ piuttosto fornita di pentolame e piatti.
Γ presente piccola TV piatta con decoder terrestre e satellitare oltre che la connessione Wi-Fi.
Nel mio caso, perΓ², sono stato particolarmente "sfortunato" perchΓ© - nonostante avessi anticipatamente specificato che necessitavo della connessione WiFi - non sono riusciti a rendermi operativo nemmeno dopo 3 giorni.
La pulizia (un po' approssimativa in veritΓ ) Γ¨ accettabile, visto il prezzo.
Ultima notazione (ma la gestione in questo caso non c'entra): ho avuto un "problema" con un residuo di uno sciame di api che avevano fatto l'alveare nel cassonetto della serranda del bagno.
Un apicoltore locale da me contattato mi ha ragguagliato e tutto si Γ¨ risolto senza traumi.
The building, in a green and quiet pine forest area, is a bit dated but quite equipped (with large spaces and outdoor barbecues, as well as an internal bicycle rack).
Apartment 6 - which I used - is spacious, bright and equipped with every comfort (air conditioning included) although some details (e.g. shower) could be much improved.
The service includes towels, sheets, floor cleaning tools, clothesline.
There are no detergents or sponges.
The kitchen is rather equipped with cookware and dishes.
There is a small flat TV with terrestrial and satellite decoder as well as Wi-Fi connection.
In my case, however, I was particularly "unfortunate" because - despite having previously specified that I needed the WiFi connection - they failed to get operational even after 3 days.
The cleanliness (a bit rough in truth) is acceptable, given the price.
Last notation (but management in this case has nothing to do with it): I had a "problem" with a remnant of a swarm of bees that had made the hive in the bathroom's shutter box.
A local beekeeper contacted me informed me and everything went smoothly.

β β β β β Appartamento carino, tranquillo, comodo tutto sommato per muoversi in bici o in macchina. Abbastanza fornito per quanto riguarda la cucina e lo spazio per abiti e altro. Il bagno non Γ¨ proprio comodo... Non esiste un box doccia, solo una tenda e un soffione che separano lavandino dal resto del bagno (e dopo una doccia il water e il bidet restano completamente bagnati).
Tanti ragni...
Nice apartment, quiet, comfortable all in all for getting around by bike or car. Quite stocked with regards to the kitchen and space for clothes and more. The bathroom is not exactly comfortable ... There is no shower cubicle, just a curtain and a shower head that separate the sink from the rest of the bathroom (and after a shower the toilet and bidet remain completely wet).
So many spiders ...
