★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2014.09: Beautiful, huge Italian Villa with lovely grounds! Very romantic, but we did see a few families there. It's fantastically clean and well furnished. The spa is lovely, the grounds are gorgeous, and the rooms full of character! We wished we'd made a reservation at their restaurant, because it was full that night, but we got room service and that was great, too! There isn't too much close by, but we walked around the vineyards on the hill above the hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spending over a month in Italy THIS was my favorite hotel. Beautiful room (I was told mine was the only room with the original painted fireplace and ceiling), amazing grounds, fantastic restaurant, great wines, and awesome service. I'd love to stay here again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were victims of an abrupt cancellation by this hotel.
We had booked in June 2 rooms for the period 6th to 13th August. We had contacts in July about services offered by the villa and asked them to book a table at their restaurant for one evening, on 8th August.
Then, on 30th July at 9pm, we received an email that, due to staff shortages, the villa was closing on the next day, 31st August. And a second email cancelling our reservation unilaterally.
Strange and unacceptable behaviour.
Totally unprofessional and unacceptable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Service offered by friendly staff. Superb food and wine selection. Just 30 mins from Verona and 20 from Lake Garda, a fantastic countryside retreat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This villa was perfecto! It was so beautiful, the rooms were spacious, clean and just gorgeous. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful and could not do enough to accommodate us. I would highly recommend this villa.
