★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dovrebbe curata maggiormente la manutenzione con riguardo sia alle panchine sia ai giochi per i bambini, anche con riferimento allo stato della pavimentazione. Maggiore antenzione anche per la pulizia della fontana.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bellissima villa con annesso parco, peccato che c'è sempre tanta gente che si diverte a rompere panchine e fare graffiti, purtroppo lasciano spesso anche i sacchetti del mac Donald sparsi per terra. Comunque per il resto si sta freschi.
Il WiFi non funziona
