★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono in questo momento nella filiale da due ore, la signora dello sportello n.1 non è riuscita a farmi avere il nuovo bancomat perchè non era capace di utilizzare il programma, alchè stanca dei tentativi mi ha passata a un altra dipendente che però ha un cliente e quindi dopo due ore sono ancora in attesa di prendere il mio bancomat smarrito.
PESSIMA FILIALE, PESSIMI DIPENDENTI.
I have been in the branch for two hours now, the lady at the counter n.1 was unable to get me the new ATM because she was unable to use the program, though tired of the attempts she passed me to another employee who however has a customer and then after two hours I am still waiting to get my lost ATM.
BAD BRANCH, BAD EMPLOYEES.
