- appena arrivati, porta aperta e scaldabagno scoppiato, che ha allagato tutto il bagno... mistero, visto che i proprietari avevano controllato tutto la mattina stessa;
- formiche non segnalate;
- 2 su 4 fornelli non funzionanti;
- disagi vari dovuti al funzionamento dell'acqua, i primi giorni, senza scaldabagno, fredda;
- luce che, andando via, ha mandato in blocco l'autoclave... ripristinata la mattina successiva, con relativi disagi ai servizi idraulici;
-plafoniere con luci mancanti;
L'unica nota positiva è che c'è una doccia esterna per poter togliere velocemente il sale preso dagli splendidi mari della zona.
Do 2 stelle solo per la vicinanza del posto ai mari di contrada cipollazzo. Per il resto, bisogna sempre utilizzare l'auto per tutti gli spostamenti.
Prices requested above the general quality of the houses:
- as soon as we arrived, the door opened and the water heater burst, which flooded the whole bathroom ... mystery, since the owners had checked everything the same morning;
- ants not reported;
- 2 out of 4 non-functioning burners;
- various inconveniences due to the functioning of the water, the first days, without a water heater, cold;
- light that, going away, blocked the autoclave ... restored the next morning, with relative inconvenience to the plumbing services;
- ceiling lights with missing lights;
The only positive note is that there is an outdoor shower to be able to quickly remove the salt taken from the beautiful seas of the area.
I give 2 stars only for the proximity of the place to the seas of the cipollazzo district. For the rest, you must always use the car for all trips.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eine absolute Traumlage. So direkt am Meer habe ich noch nie gewohnt. Ein wundervoller 180grad Meerblick. Direkter Zugang zum Meer, mit Sand. Terrasse kleiner Garten kleiner privatstrand.. Ein Traum.
Da kann ich locker über den ein oder anderen kleinen Mangel im Haus selber hinwegsehen.
An absolute dream location. I have never lived so directly at the sea. A wonderful 180 degree sea view. Direct access to the sea, with sand. Terrace small garden small private beach .. A dream.
I can easily overlook one or the other small defect in the house.
