I piatti non risultano solo ottimi per gli ingredienti freschi e genuini che vengono usati, ma vi si legge anche la cura e il piacere di sorprendere l'occhio al momento della presentazione a tavola. Anche le pietanze più semplici della tradizione locale, sotto le mani sapienti dello chef, si trasformano in tante Cenerentole al ballo.
Questo è quello che cerco quando vado al ristorante e mangio un piatto che ha gli stessi ingredienti che avrei potuto trovare nel mio frigo:
a casa starebbero stati solo uno + uno + uno, a Villa Carlotta diventano armonia di sapori per i sensi ed il palato!
The professionalism of the staff and the search for customer welfare can be felt from the very first moment in which you sit in the restaurant.
The dishes are not only excellent for the fresh and genuine ingredients that are used, but also the care and pleasure of surprising the eye when presented at the table. Even the simplest dishes of the local tradition, under the skilled hands of the chef, turn into many Cinderella at the ball.
This is what I look for when I go to a restaurant and eat a dish that has the same ingredients that I could have found in my fridge:
at home they would have been only one + one + one, at Villa Carlotta they become harmony of flavors for the senses and the palate!
