★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per la mia esperienza è un azienda per niente professionale. Tralasciando il fatto che rispondono a mail e telefonate in tempi lunghissimi..paventando scuse varie. Quello che sorprende è il fatto che chiedono soldi anticipati per lavori che non riescono a garantirne il buon fine. Ciliegina sulla torta : la sola constatazione di un guasto € 60...il fatto che il clima non era funzionante lo avevo capito pure io!!! Perciò a mio parere statene lontani...e non sono l unico che a pensarla così!!!
In my experience it is an unprofessional company. Leaving aside the fact that they answer emails and phone calls in a very long time .. scaring various apologies. What is surprising is the fact that they ask for advance money for jobs that cannot guarantee its success. Icing on the cake: the only finding of a breakdown € 60 ... the fact that the climate was not working I understood it too !!! So in my opinion stay away ... and I'm not the only one who thinks so !!!

Da oltre un mese ho il condizionatore-inverter Samsung,di cui loro sono l'assistenza ufficiale,bloccato,in questo periodo sono andato 2 volte di persona e svariate volte li ho contattati telefonicamente ed ho solo ricevuto la promessa di essere ricontattato dal loro tecnico,COSA MAI AVVENUTA! Siamo nel periodo più freddo dell'anno,la temperatura è arrivata anche a ZERO gradi, e questi signori se ne fregano di lasciare una famiglia al freddo! TOTALMENTE SCONSIGLIATI!!!
ABSOLUTELY NOT PROFESSIONAL AND NOT SERIOUS!
For over a month I have the Samsung air conditioner-inverter, of which they are the official assistance, blocked, in this period I went twice in person and several times I contacted them by phone and I only received the promise to be contacted by their technician , WHAT NEVER HAPPENED! We are in the coldest time of the year, the temperature has even reached ZERO degrees, and these gentlemen do not care to leave a family in the cold! TOTALLY NOT RECOMMENDED !!!
