If you want to live a Tuscan palace experience, this is the place!
The villa enjoys all the comfort possible on 3 levels and the pool is superb with a breathtaking view

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice, spacious, well-kept, lovingly furnished and very clean Tuscan villa in the hinterland of Florence. Important, not only for the kids, was that the wifi/internet worked well, not only inside the villa but also outside. The infinity pool gives a magnificent view to the Tuscan mountains.
The owners, living next door are very friendly and helpful.
I highly recommend this quiet and beautifully situated villa.

The perfect holiday retreat for complete rest and relaxation.
The Villa has been decorated and equipped to a very high specification.
Owners Leonardo and Idetta, are both charming and very helpful if needed.
My family holiday was truly memorable. I have NO hesitation recommending to others.

We had a perfect time at Villa Caiano, a truly beautiful holiday home situated in a private and tranquil location uphill with paramount views from the absolutely gorgeous pool area with its luxurious terrace on which we enjoyed sitting, eating, sipping a glas of wine while watching the sun go down. This well designed and spacious vacation home offers the ultimate in comfort with elegance and the luxury of high quality furniture (indoor and outdoor), gas grill as well as a perfectly maintained large infinity pool. Although the owners live on the other side of the Villa, you will experience absolute privacy. After a warm and friendly welcome on our arrival, we didn't even notice that they were there. Finally we did not want to leave and will definitely come back! Thank you very much for a perfect vacation! Highly recommendable!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most incredible stay in the Florentine hills! A spectacular week enjoying the beautiful property of the Spagnoli’s! We stayed in the second part of the house and it was nothing short of wonderful. The house is a spectacular and the owners are even more lovely. They were non intrusive and let us enjoy the week, but also a joy to be around when we checked in with them.
The outdoor area and the kitchen were a true highlight. We have stayed in other homes in Tuscany but this blew us away. The views...the hospitality...the sunset over the pool! I cant wait to be back! Two weeks next time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Villa Caiano is beautifully located with a view across the valley providing the most beautiful sunsets. The 15 meter long infinity pool is awesome for a swim, and the outdoor area is where you enjoy all meals during the summer. Kitchen offers everything needed for cooking including sharpe knives. Go to Mandri hotel and rent e-bikes it is close (approx 10 min drive) and gives us access to enjoying the national park. Go to Londa and visit the national park office at the lake they are great to get local insigts. Try out the local wine Ora (make sure it has minimum 5 years of age). The Villa is a gem is Toscany.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is always a great pleasure to spend our holidays with the Spagnoli family.The Dependance allows you to have a moment of relaxation with a superb view from the swimming pool over the Tuscan valley. The villa is spacious and the terrace large enough to spend a good time with family. the region is superb for many cultural and wine tours and above all ... The owners are brilliant and super friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An amazing stay with breathtaking views across the valley. The villa is decorated with a lot of taste and gives that Tuscany Palace vibe. The 16m swimming pool is incredible to chill with a glass if "Spritz".
The oweners live in the first half of this beautiful villa.
Villa Caiano is the perfect holiday for complete rest and relaxation.
We would like to thank again Mr. and Mrs Spagnoli for their warm and friendly welcome as well as for the great tips of what to visit and fine restaurants in the area.
