La villa est magnifique, très bien entretenue et superbe vue. Notre chambre était dotée d’une belle terrasse et notre hôte a été très accueillant. Je conseil ce lieu car reposant et calme tout en étant à proximité directe d’Ostuni.

Вилла Belvedere расположена в 1 км от антического города Остуни. Окружена оливковыми и фруктовыми деревьями, большой двор с красивой зоной отдыха возле бассейна. Ароматы жасмина и розмарина , шалфея и мяты.... Фантастический отдых ... Комфортные апартаменты со всеми удобствами...

Già dalle foto mi ero innamorata di questa struttura. Appena arrivata sono rimasta contentissima. Bello l'esterno con piante e fiori una piscina privata un porticato con tavoli e sedie. Profumo di pulito nelle stanze. Cucina super attrezzata. Barbecue all'esterno. Parcheggio privato. Che dire tutto fantastico. Poi il proprietario una persona disponibile e gentile. Consiglio davvero questa villa.

This place is beyond wonderful! It's an old trullo that retains its old stone charm, but has been converted to a villa with all of the modern conveniences. It has two bedrooms and bathrooms in the main building (all are large) and a HUGE kitchen, which was once the conical trullo). There are two full suites, complete with showers and kitchenettes, with there own entrances attached to the home. One is upstairs so be aware of that if you're unable to take stairs. The upper unit however has a large balcony that has a shaded and exposed veranda (both suites have one really) and a view that doesn't end. We rented this place because we were looking for a central spot for day journeys to the surrounding towns and wanted a comfortable place to return to. It's not in Centro Storico Ostuni, but 7KM away and we are more than happy with starting and ending the day in the peace of the olive trees. There is a washing machine under the stairs to the upper suite, dishwasher, oven, microwave, lavazzo single use coffee machine as well as a standard on the stove espresso maker. There are multiple markets, but we found Spin to suit us and it's less than 1KM down the road. There are two shaded parking areas and the property has an electric gate. Your neighbors are also villas. The pool and other outdoor amenities are perfect. There's a garden full of vegetables to help yourself to. There are also fruit (fig, plum, pear, apricot, etc) and you can also help yourself as well. Beautiful and mature olive trees are found all over the property. The hosts are warm, gracious and kind. They live down the road and are available if/when needed via WhatsApp. The place needs nothing and as the pictures suggest...is amazing.
