★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chef of the reception Kristina has some personal issues, it seems to me she is not sutable candidate for working with people. She acts like a Big Boss.
Other things are 1+ or 2, Food nothing special and if you don't come exact at 8:15 you will not going to get it at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very simple hotel. We had difficulty sleeping due to the noise outside (very busy streets). Air conditioning didn't work even though temperatures were high. Breakfast was very simple. The pool (indoor, didn't find an outdoor pool) is privately owned and you pay extra (5 euro/hour or 10 euro/hour if you also want to use the sauna). Makes you wonder how this hotel has 4 stars. I don't recommend it at all. There are better 3 star hotels on the same street (like La Riva). WiFi only works at the reception on the ground floor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel was clean and located opposite the lido, this cost €10 for a day. The hotel pool was indoors and cost €5 for the day. So if beach and sun are your main thing budget for the expense
Good breakfast and generally helpful staff.
Although we were directed wrongly to the bus stop several times giving us a long walk when there was one just along from the hotel.
There was a great view from our balcony but not all were as big or with the same view. Some nights were a bit noisier than others due to disco at the lido.
