Do il pieno delle stelle al reparto per mia fortuna ho incontrato un tecnico giovane, gentile , educato e molto rispettoso oltre che professionale! Appena scesa in sala operatoria mi sono sentita accolta e rassicurata , nei giorni di ricovero ho ricevuto tutte le attenzioni possibili, sia da parte dei dottori che del personale infemieristico ed oss. Grazie !!!
I was operated on in this facility for uterine myoma removal. I sincerely thank Dr. Castelli E. and Dr. Chiodi for their great professionalism, kindness and humanity. As soon as I went down to the operating room I felt welcomed and reassured, during the days of hospitalization I received all the possible attention, both from the doctors and from the infirmary and obsidian staff. Thanks !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trovo vergognoso che non ti fanno prenotare una visita ginecologica dicendo che la dottoressa ancora non ha dato il calendario...richiamo dopo 20gg tutto prenotato. Ti obbligano ad andare a pagamento. Vergogna!!!
Idem le visite oculistiche.
I find it shameful that they do not make you book a gynecological examination saying that the doctor has not yet given the calendar ... call back after 20 days fully booked. They force you to pay. Shame!!!
Ditto the eye examinations.

Hanno rispettato l'appuntamento al minuto.. Nell insieme soddisfacente

I disagi della purtroppo fastidiosa operazione sono stati minimizzati grazie alla loro competenza e professionalità. Non faccio nomi perché potrei sembrare di parte. Bravi tutti.
Anche la reception mi ha aiutato con un problema con l'impegnativa, rapidi ed efficienti.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È una clinica ben gestita dottori molto presenti, infermieri professionali, molto presenti,sempre disponibili con garbo e sempre col sorriso, i pranzi e cene cambiano continuamente , la pulizia e sempre al top, tutte le mattne sistemazione letti e altro . Bisogna solo ricordare che villa Anna è una clinica, non un albergo. Se dovessi dare un voto da 1 a 10 sarebbe 11 x me.
It is a well managed clinic with very present doctors, professional nurses, very present, always available with grace and always with a smile, lunches and dinners change constantly, cleaning is always at the top, every morning, bed arrangement and more. We just have to remember that Villa Anna is a clinic, not a hotel. If I were to give a grade of 1 to 10 it would be 11 x me.
