Villa Anita è una perla rara per cura del verde, per la cortesia di tutto lo staff e soprattutto per la vista da sogno. La location, infatti, si tuffa direttamente sul mare regalando risvegli unici (le camere balconate sono con vista) e tramonti meravigliosi. Apprezzatissima anche la piscina con acqua di mare. Torneremo sicuramente! We stayed at this property for two days and we were literally hooked. Villa Anita is a rare pearl for the care of the green, for the courtesy of all the staff and above all for the dream view. The location, in fact, plunges directly into the sea, offering unique awakenings (the balcony rooms have a view) and wonderful sunsets. The seawater swimming pool is also very popular. We will definitely be back!

Personale super cordiale e disponibile e piscina con vista mare stupenda. È possibile godere di un bellissimo tramonto con vista sulle isole Eolie. Ci tornerò sicuramente, super consigliato. Se potessi dare anche più di 5 stelle Stunning location with a breathtaking view. Waking up with a sea view is the best way to start the day. Super friendly and helpful staff and swimming pool with stunning sea view. It is possible to enjoy a beautiful sunset overlooking the Aeolian Islands. I will definitely be back, super recommended. If I could give it even more than 5 stars
a	agostino cocuzza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto incantevole , basta affacciarsi dal terrazzo per sentirsi parte della natura, vedere il mare così da vicino , soprattutto all’alba ed al tramonto , sentire il verso dei gabbiani che si mescola al piacevole suono del mare che incontra i suggestivi scogli della costa e vedere all’orizzonte le belle isole Eolie ...è un privilegio . Abbiamo passato due settimane di completo relax . Piscina meravigliosa, appartamento pulito e confortevole tutto con vista spettacolare sul mare . Comodo il parcheggio vicino all’entrata degli appartamenti . Ci hanno accolto con gentilezza e massima disponibilità , una famiglia davvero stupenda (impossibile non affezionarsi) , tutti molto simpatici e che dire di Milo ,il cagnolino di casa ... adorabile e dolcissimo Grazie per l’accoglienza e per le belle serate passate insieme a voi fra aperitivi e piacevoli conversazioni Questo posto è magico ,non si sceglie per una semplice vacanza , bisogna apprezzarne ogni aspetto ed ogni particolare ( come ad esempio la bellissima scena del mare popolato dalle tante barche silenziose che all’imbrunire fanno rientro al porticciolo o il luccichio del mare illuminato dai primi raggi del sole ), ritorneremo sicuramente perché li ,ci si lascia il cuore Lo consiglio soprattutto a chi vuole veramente qualcosa di speciale ed agli artisti e scrittori che cercano ispirazione Voto 10 e anche di più Lovely place, just look out from the terrace to feel part of nature, see the sea so closely, especially at sunrise and sunset, hear the sound of the seagulls that mix with the pleasant sound of the sea that meets the suggestive rocks of the coast and see the horizon the beautiful Aeolian Islands ... it's a privilege. We spent two weeks of complete relaxation. Wonderful pool, clean and comfortable apartment all with spectacular sea views. Convenient parking near the entrance to the apartments. They welcomed us with kindness and maximum availability, a really wonderful family (impossible not to get attached), all very nice and what about Milo, the dog of the house ... adorable and sweet Thank you for the welcome and for the beautiful evenings spent with you between aperitifs and pleasant conversations This place is magical, you do not choose for a simple holiday, you have to appreciate every aspect and every detail (such as the beautiful scene of the sea populated by the many silent boats that return to the marina at dusk or the sparkle of the sea illuminated by the first Sun rays ), we will definitely return because they leave our hearts behind I recommend it especially to those who really want something special and to artists and writers looking for inspiration Rated 10 and even more

The busy season is upon this region and I can assure you that if you prefer the waters edge and views of the recently completed port of Capo d'Orlando then the Scafa Basa region will not disappoint. The Residence Villa Anita is a group of apartments on the escarpment of the waters edge at the very mouth of the Port. Andrea and his family will assure you have a happy stay. His mother makes a light chocolate cake. Very enjoyable. And you can ask for an American coffee (long black). The apartments are self contained with breath taking views. Take a look but experience for yourself.
T	Tina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my boyfriend really enjoyed here at residence Villa Anita. Andrea and all of the employees were super nice. We reserved a smaller room, but Andrea surprised us and gave us a bigger room with balcony looking on the sea. He said he had some free rooms so he thought we would be happier with a bigger one. How thoughtful of him. One day we were alone chilling at the pool and Andrea kindlly offered us some of his grandmothers pasta. It was his lunch, but he shared it with us. It was one of the best pastas I have tried on Sicily. True home cooking. Also I have to mention that the rooms were spacey and very clean. You could ask Andrea everything and he would chat with you and gave you useful information.

You can also rent appartements. There’s a small bar to get coffee and drinks. No breakfast. The marina is walking distance, with a number of restaurants and bars. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Definitely a great spot.
