Brand new marina, plenty of space available. Well protected from any wind. Professional assistance for mooring (call on channel 9 before entering the port). Brand new shops and restaurants being opened. Few miles from the eolian islands. Fair price.

We are staying for the second winter in Marina Capo d’Orlando with our sailing yacht Baradal and are enjoying the comfort of this new marina as well as the pleasant climate and beautiful Sicily. We are impressed by the professionality of the marine services and the cleanliness of the sanitary facilities. The attentiveness and vigilance of the marina staff is outstanding. In difficult weather conditions the Marinaios check all the boats, lines and moorings around the clock. One morning when we were leaving the boat for Catania Airport very early after a stormy night, the Marinaio immediately came to our boat asking whether everything is ok and if we need assistance. We are so pleased with the overall services, that we have extended our contract for the coming winter. Gerhard Sattel and Karin Akeret for sailing yacht Baradal March 25 2020 Recension Marina Capo d’Orlando from Dax Soleil , G4 Since July 2018 we are staying with our sailing yacht Dax Soleil in Marina Capo d’Orlando and enjoying the excellent service of this new marina and the perfect location vis a vis the Aoelean Islands. We are very impressed from the excellent service of the marina: •the ladies from the front desk, e.g. support in all questions around the contract, the surroundings, arranging transport to the airport, support in emergency cases (when I had to go to the hospital), etc. For us it is very pleasant to have Lara, a German speaking contact person at the front desk. •the marineros, who assist in all cases around the boat, assistance by mooring and fixing the boat, checking lines and moorings around the clock, checking whether enough shore power is on the meter etc. Even in very strong wheater conditions we feel safe, as the marineros check the moorings and lines also when we are not on board. •we are informed from the Marina about strong weather conditions by email and get immediately feedback on questions around the boat. We are enjoying the modern infrastructure of the Marina: the clean sanitary facilities, the parking garage, the very nice and excellent restaurants in Marina Capo d’Orlando, the fully equipped supermarket – you get all you need! and last but not least the excellent and complete range of services of Multinautic around the boat. Marina Capo d’Orlando has such a high standard that it is difficult to find another marina with the same standard in the Mediterranean. We are so impressed of the high standard of the Marina that we intend to stay another year - it will be our 3rd year - in Marina Capo d’Orlando. They are always ready for help if needed. Jetties are well maintained and water and electricity supply is plentiful and always working. Feel security is good as marineros is inspecting the boats regularly- police is also patrolling the area. As we have a dog , the area around the marina is excellent for walking . Large beach is adjacent to the marina so it is good conditions for sunbathing and recreation.. Good restaurants is located in the marina plus several nearby. Grocerystore and chandlery in the marina is a plus. The toilets and showers is spotless and nice, laundryfacilities is new and modern. Parking facilities for cars is plentiful. The yard Multinautic 2 is close to the marina and giving good technical support and regular antifoulingservice if needed. Have been in many marinas after years of cruising and this marina is by far the cleanest and best maintained we have been into so far. in Capo d'Orlando we found the best marina Siciliana.?

We wait long time to get the food. The fish wasn't fresh, even I felt a wired taste. High price for poor portion of not so tasty food. Other restaurants from Capo d'Orlando offer much better and varous dishes. I won't visit that restaurant too soon.

Work in progress for that new seaPort , launched on July 2017! it is in a beautiful place, with a great panorama in front of the 7 pearls of Eolian islands: Lipari, Salina, Alicudi, Filicudi, Vulcano, Stromboli and Panarea, visited by Bill Gates, Giorgio Armani and other stars. Comfort, "bellezza",cultural sites, pleasure, good food, relax are here: a lot of restaurants and bar are there, and it is a rich shopping center. I can put another "Star" when the service for customers will be complete: 1. a coach to/from the center of town is sometimes. 2. And a children area? 3. services h24/24? I am waiting for ........! Great Marina and perfect location to start a tour of the Eolian Islands. Just 16 Nautical Miles to reach Vulcano. Good Services, super clean and nice people! Recommended for a long stay mooring. High Level Shipyard managed by Beppe Fornich

Not a very big marina but there's everything it's needed. There is a store, some elegant places to eat, a laundry, an ATM, a place for art exposition, a travel agency and some shops. The environment is really nice with green and well tidy green spaces. All is modern and just built. There is also room for further development. Of course there are structures to moor boats of different dimensions.
