Siamo andati in 4 , 2 adulti e 2 bambini. Rispettano le normative COVID19 AL 100% e per chi ha bambini è fondamentale. Attenzione e precisione nelle portate anche se semplici ma particolari nelle richieste dei bambini. Io e mia Moglie abbiamo mangiato 3 antipasti esageratamente buoni ben presentati e ben spiegati dalla Ragazza. Pesce fresco con abbinamenti nei gusti delle varie portate. Qualità di prima linea. Giardino curatissimo e ben organizzato. Uno dei migliori posti visitati in Sicilia. Top Lovely place, run by two highly trained guys. It is my first time coming to this place and I can't wait to go back. 4 of us went, 2 adults and 2 children. They comply with the COVID19 regulations 100% and for those with children it is essential. Attention and precision in the courses even if simple but particular in the requests of children. My wife and I ate 3 exaggeratedly good appetizers well presented and well explained by the girl. Fresh fish with combinations in the flavors of the various courses. First-line quality. Well-kept and well-organized garden. One of the best places visited in Sicily. Top

Paolo e Monica coccolano i loro ospiti, consigliando con discrezione senza mai essere invadenti. Ottimo l'antipasto Villa Ambrosia, per non parlare del risotto agli scampi o del fritto misto di pesce, per finire con un delizioso sorbetto al limone. Solo in questo caso, l'attesa tra una portata e l'altra è la certezza che i piatti sono preparati al momento con prodotti sempre freschi. Consigliatissimo. Delicious, clean and well-kept place, excellent quality food, presented in great detail. Paolo and Monica pamper their guests, discreetly advising without ever being intrusive. The Villa Ambrosia appetizer is excellent, not to mention the risotto with scampi or the mixed fried fish, ending with a delicious lemon sorbet. Only in this case, the wait between one course and another is the certainty that the dishes are freshly prepared with fresh products. Highly recommended.

Il pesce è sempre fresco ed il servizio impeccabile. Monica è in gamba e in sala riesce a coniugare semplicità, allegria e professionalità. Il menù è chiaro e senza sorprese. Al tavolo si riesce a conversare con gli altri commensali..... e non é da sottovalutare! Tovaliato in ordine, locale pulito. Simply a piece of heaven .... Attention to detail, excellent combinations and the quality of the products used. The fish is always fresh and the service is impeccable. Monica is smart and in the dining room she manages to combine simplicity, cheerfulness and professionalism. The menu is clear and without surprises. At the table you can converse with the other diners ..... and it is not to be underestimated! Tovaliato in order, clean room.

Il personale sempre a disposizione e molto cortese. Capaci di soddisfare sia grandi che piccoli. Consiglio molto il posto. Complimenti Quality is the word that dominates it. Exceptional food, fantastic owner, and really suggestive place, eating out under the stars with these lights is a beautiful atmosphere .. I recommend this place, even for those from Palermo, in half an hour you get here, and it's worth it, from meat with fish, desserts, all really excellent, the shrimp, sea urchin and pistachio pasta fabulous.

Crudité di pesce davvero buonissima e ben curato l'impiattamento, per non parlare dei tagliolini ai ricci e gambero rosso gustosissimi. Superconsigliato Very elegant restaurant with attention to detail. Really very nice summer garden. Quality and courtesy are the masters in this structure. Really delicious fish crudité and well cared for on the plate, not to mention the tasty tagliolini with sea urchins and red shrimp. Super recommended
